I had a breast augmentation back in January 2018 and my breast peel every month since them. The peeling is continuous. I had a small size in 270cc and moisturise my skin daily. Can this be sign of something else like allergy to the breast implants or rejection? No other part of does that only the breasts.

However, it is not unusual to develop dry skin after a breast augmentation and you should moisturise the area twice a day. If this continues beyond six weeks, I would recommend seeing your surgeon or a dermatologist.
