Do I have breast hypoplasia? What can I do to correct this?

You do have hypoplastic breasts but you are also a very good candidate for a breast augmentation.  There is a great deal  of misinformation circulating about the safety of breast implants.  Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with a lot of experience performing implant surgery and take the time to get fully educated about the risks ands benefits of implants.  In some cases breast augmentations can be performed using a patient's own fat but, looking at your photos, it would appear as though you don't have a lot of fat to harvest for this procedure.

There are a lot of rumors about breast implants out there causing this or that problem.  Most plastic surgeons are comfortable with silicone implants, but questions remain as to what problems they might cause.  I use mostly saline implants because there are fewer problems, fewer uncertainties, and better peace of mind.  Ultimately the choice is yours and you should make the decision that you feel comfortable making.

A breast augmentation is probably the best and most reliable way to add volume to the breasts.  There have been no proved health risks with breast implants which is why they're approved for use by the FDA.  I recommend discussing the risks and benefits of a breast augmentation with a plastic surgeon.

hello thank you for your question and provided information as well .. based on your photos and questions, I see that you are a good candidate for a breast augmentation, to determine the cc the ideal is to be consulted in person by a certified plastic surgeon who sees and determine the cc necessary to obtain a good result.

One option would be fat transfer using fat from your abdomen, flanks, and thighs.  Fat transfer is a reliable method to increase you 1 - 2 cup sizes.

Hello,Although some horror stories may be true, the vast majority of women (always greater than 90%) are happy and don't regret breast augmentation surgery. Further, having a ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeon who specializes in breast surgery perform breast augmentation will minimize your risk for complications and re-operation to less than 5%. An alternative to implants is fat grafting, but you need to be a good candidate for liposuction. Best of luck!

The best way to fix this problem is by placing breast implants to improve your breast size and shape. This doesn't  necessary means you need to place implants to have big boobs, it means to place adequate implants size to have normal and suitable breast for your body type. This procedure is very popular not only for the immediate changes but also because it is a very simple and safe. Best wishes.

This is really the best option for you because fat transfer would not work because you have little body fat. Conservative breast augmentation would compliment your attractive slim figure.
