From our initial consultation to the post-operative appointments, Dr Jallalis professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for my well-being were truly evident. I am thrilled with the results of the surgery. Not only did he skillfully address my concerns and aesthetic goals, but he also exceeded my expectations in every way. The subtle yet significant improvements to the shape and structure of my nose have greatly enhanced my confidence and overall satisfaction with my appearance. Furthermore, Dr Jallalis warm demeanor and clear communication throughout the entire process made me feel completely at ease and reassured. His dedication to ensuring my comfort and understanding at every stage of the journey did not go unnoticed and is deeply appreciated. I cannot thank him enough for his exceptional work and the positive impact it has had on my life. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Jallai to anyone seeking a talented and compassionate plastic surgeon.
I had my breast augmentation carried out by Mr. Jallali a year ago and could not be more pleased with the whole experience. He put me at ease and gave me great advice along the way. The procedure itself went smoothly and I had minimal pain and swelling afterwards. Himself & his PA Charlotte have both been so helpful during the entire process. A year on I am so happy with the final result!
I had a tummy tuck with lipo to my front and back and I am absolutely overjoyed with my results. From start to finish you can just tell that Mr Jallali is the best surgeon around. He is incredibly skilled and I knew I was in good hands from the beginning, as he is so well respected in his field. There is no messing about and he is straight to the point, which I respect. He managed my expectations well before the surgery and has certainly exceeded them. After the surgery I stayed overnight at the hospital and was extremely well looked after. During my recovery, if I had any tiny question I could message his fantastic assistant Charlotte, and she would reassure me that I was FINE and make sure to give me advice on anything I needed. Mr Jallali is diligent. After my surgery I saw him two weeks later to take out my drains (this is normally done sooner but I live outside of London) and then I saw him again some weeks later. I have another appointment in some months again. This is extremely reassuring to me that my recovery is being well monitored. I am really happy with my scar, it is recovering well and I think in a year or so it should be quite faded! It is relatively low (I would have preferred slightly lower but I dont think he couldve got much lower if he tried!). The scar is very thin compared to many I have seen, and far neater. Its in a nice straight line and doesn't come high on my hips AT ALL, which I am. very happy about. I have a lovely groove down my stomach which looks great, and I am now beginning to work out again so I hope to make my results even better. I don't have much else to say. Tummy tucks are expensive as hell, but it is WORTH IT to pay good money for a fantastic surgeon. If you find another surgeon cheaper it would not be worth it. I would advise you to go for Mr Jallali. Thank you !!
I had my 8months post op review today for breast augmentation with Dr Navid Jallali I am so happy they look amazing and so natural I now have so much confidence i hardy had no pain when I had them done they settled really well Dr Jallali is one of the nicest people I have met his consultations are so informative as well as his post ops if you have any questions he’s always willing to answer I have also had other procedure with him again I’m over the moon very happy and I will definitely be having more procedures with him as I have so much trust in him as he’s just amazing all round surgeon I highly recommend if you are thinking of having any plastic surgery.
This summer I had planned to travel to my home country but circumstances led to my flight being cancelled. This frustrated me but eventually, the thought that I may take advantage of this sudden abundance of free time quickly made itself known. I decided to do a nose job. I chose Dr Jallali because my sister had previously done a cosmetic surgery under his care and the results were immaculate so I contacted miss Charlotte his PA and booked an appointment. During the both consultations, Dr Jallali was very clear about the risks of the surgery but I decided confront my fears and do it anyways because I trusted him so much. On 3rd August, I had my open septorhinoplasty and a cartilage graft ,my recovery went as well as it could have. I felt no pain - the worst was a dry mouth. I was worried about breathing and smelling complications but, after just 16 hours when the nurse removed my packing I could breathe just fine. I am incredibly grateful to Dr Jallali as he was so professional and genius .He reassured me that my nose would suit my face and it does. I didn’t have my specific requirements or measurements, just a wish for a better suited nose. And he provided. I honestly wish I had done it sooner. To those uncertain about this do it. You are in very safe hands. My final thanks goes to Charlotte and the nurses in Welbeck hospital who made my stay as comfortable as possible. Charlotte, who answered my worried calls, and was very clear, compassionate and caring. I will definitely come back for more surgeries with Dr Jallali.
The go to plastic surgeon Looked for a few years for a plastic surgeon, then I found Mr Jallali. He had great reviews and photos. My consultation was relaxed but professional, Mr Jallali explained exactly what the procedure would involve along with the recovery. My tummy tuck was performed November 2021. Two weeks later I was up walking around and cooking. I can’t say it wasn’t painful the first few days but the pain killers helped. I know people say “should have done it sooner/best thing I did” but it is so so true. I would definitely recommend Mr Jallali as the plastic surgeon for all, you will understand why when you see my pictures.
Where do I even begin.. I have always (from the age of 14) wanted a breast reduction. I am 25, a size 10 and had 32FF boobs. Bikinis, yoga bras, strappy tops and most cute dresses were things I only dreamed about wearing and running without literal scaffolding keeping my boobs in was impossible. For my 25th birthday last year I decided I was old enough and ready to get a breast reduction, and so I started researching surgeons, but after a few consultations I was really unhappy and disenchanted with the surgeons I had met. Then I found Realself and saw a review from a young woman who seemed to have the same experience as me (small frame, big boobs, always dreamed of having a BR) and she recommended Dr Jallali, so I booked a phone consultation and INSTANTLY knew he was the one! We met in person in July 2021 and talked about my reasons behind wanting the surgery, when I'd want it and what kind of results I was looking for. He showed me examples of his previous cases, talked me through the risks and was incredibly open and honest the entire time, which I found incredibly reassuring. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and kind which are traits I hadn't picked up in the other surgeons I met. I booked my surgery for Jan 2022 and worked with Charlotte, Navid's fabulous PA, to get everything ready, including payments/deposits to secure the surgery date. When it came to 12th Jan, I went to Wellbeck Hospital with my mum but she couldn't come in with me because of Covid, which was actually really sad as I was hugely nervous. As soon as I was taken up to my room by the nurse, Dr Jallali arrived to welcome me, take my measurements and run through final pre-op information. We agreed once more the shape and size I was looking for and he said I was the second case of the day. At 1030 ish I was taken downstairs by the nurse and met by the anaesthetist who really calmed me down - I was physically shaking! - and was so lovely and kind. I remember him putting the needle in and saying 'that's the most painful thing you'll feel all day' and thinking, wow, that's nice! Then, I woke up! I was probably very annoying to the nurses and remember asking them at least 5 times if I'd had the surgery yet (sorry!!) but they were just as lovely as everyone else and wheeled me back to my room, where i was looked after and given lunch. I fell in and out of sleep most of the day and then my mum picked me up in a taxi to take me home. The recovery was AN ABSOLUTE BREEZE! I took two weeks off work but I legit could have gone back to work the next day if I was working from home. The co-codamol made me really constipated (tmi sorry) so I stopped taking it on Day 3 all together and didn't take any pain killers, not even paracetamol, after that. The first time I took the bra off I cried! My boobies were standing up all by themselves and I have never, ever in my life of having boobies, seen them stand up all perky like that. It was such a wonderful shock. The bruising was quite shocking too but I regularly updated Charlotte with pictures and she reassured me that everything was normal and healthy. I had my two week post op with Dr Jallali where he changed the tape for the first time and because I had really rested and not done anything strenuous, the stitches had begun to heal perfectly. I was sooo so chuffed with my new boobs. At about 5.5 weeks I developed an allergic reactions to my Macom bra (i've never ever had an allergic reaction like that before) and had to go and buy lots of comfy cotton sports bras to wear. At 7 weeks I had my next check up and the allergic reaction had healed and Dr Jallali told me how happy he was with the healing and shape. I've just had my 6 month post op and i am the happiest woman alive! I am sat here writing this review in a beautiful strappy summer dress, no bra and feeling absolutely perfect. This time last year the thought of wearing something like this would have been a depressing one, because i never could've fit in a something so dainty. But here i am! almost 26 and finally happy in my body! If you are on the fence about getting this surgery, DO IT. I cannot recommend this surgery enough, and i cannot recommend Dr Jallali enough! He and Charlotte have been such wonderful, helpful and caring Drs and I cannot thank them enough! Things to bear in mind when speaking to surgeons for this procedure: * You may think you want a certain cup size, but it is more about the shape than the size. I asked for round, perky boobs and I went from a 32 FF to a 32 E. Which doesn't sound like a big change but if you look at the pictures you will see it is!! * Buy a cotton post-op bra if you can. My allergic reaction was really scary and I cried soo much thinking that my new boobs were ruined forever. Have lots of E45 cream ready just in case too! * Look around, speak to lots of different surgeons. Ask for pictures of their previous clients, check to see what the scars are like (are they tidy, are they thin?) and where the nipples are (are they way to high up? are they wonky?). * Speak to surgeons themselves , not companies that act as an intermediary for surgeons, if you can. It is so important to build rapport with your surgeon and know them personally. * When you first come out of surgery you will look SO flat chested. My mum cried because she thought I'd turned into a child lol.. But as you will see from the pics, your boobs change as they settle down and they will grow! So I suggest going smaller than you'd like. * HAVE FUN! This was such a nerve wracking but truly amazing process in my life and I cannot put into words how much I have enjoyed it all. I would honestly do it again in a heart beat but the results I have with Dr Jallali are SO SO SO AMAZING!! Thank you Dr Jallali and Charlotte, you have made me one happy lady! Nia xxx
had breast reduction from Mr Navid Jallali back in November 2021, it has now been 3 months and I am very happy with it! I went down from an J cup to a DD cup. We were originally aiming for a C/D cup and I thought the DD cup was swelling, (which I think is still the case as it’s still early days) but it hasn't really gone down. Having said that, the shape of my new breasts are perfect - I'm so delighted with them! ?It is so much easier to run, I feel like a normal sports bra can really do its job. Plus I feel that high necked tops now look pretty good, when before it looked quite like a shelf! ?The experience of the operation was very simple and I felt very looked after. I just turned up at 7am, got changed, Mr Jallali came and drew some lines on my chest then I went into surgery. It was very comfortable going under anaesthetic, I woke up slowly and was taken to my private room, where I was checked on every hour until discharge. I was just mostly sleepy but overall felt great. The first 3 days was the worst the pain was very intense and I was very heavily medicated for the first week. One thing I was not prepared for was the bloating and the constipation!! So make sure you pre-plan for this:) ?The first two weeks the dressings just stayed on, and I was able to shower right away! After about 6 /8 weeks it was mostly healed, Now I'm 3 months in, the scars are quite pale already which is quite amazing in itself! At every step Mr, Jallali’s PA Charlotte was there at every step, answering all of my questions and text messages:) I was a very nervous client and she really made me feel at ease. Charlotte is a real credit to his team as is the staff at the London Welbeck! ?I had been thinking about this procedure for about a decade and never found the right Doctor - once I met with Dr. Jallali I knew he was the one :) and I could not be happier!! I feel lighter, improved posture and confidence, and at 40yrs old with 20yr old breasts! I can’t wait to start really living. highly recommend!!
I been thinking about having breast augmentation for some years now. After many consultations with different providers I decided to go with dr Jallali, as he was the only one who made me feel and safe to have an surgery with heart murmur. Before my surgery I became pregnant so I put it back a few years. After having my daughter I had two consultations one with Mya and another with dr Jallali . Once again dr Jallali and he's receptionist Charlotte made me feel the most comfortable and seemed more experienced so I decided to book. Had my surgery yesterday and everything went great. I was very scared but everyone eased my nervous with there professionalism. All the staff at the hospital was pleasant from the get go. Nice very clean hospital and rooms are extremely comfortable. Pain is very minimal. My breast look better then I expected them to look considering I had surgery yesterday. Swelling isn't to bad. I will post some before and after pictures later today. Highly recommended using dr Jallali and he's team.
I had a breast reduction from Mr Navid Jallali back in March 2021, it has now been six months. I am very happy with it! I went down from an H cup to an E cup. We were originally aiming for a C/D cup and I thought the E-cup was swelling, but it hasn't really gone down. Having said that, the shape of my new breasts is perfect - I'm so delighted with them! It is so much easier to run, I feel like a normal sports bra can really do its job. Plus I feel that high necked tops now look pretty good, when before it looked quite like a shelf! The experience of the operation was very simple and I felt very looked after. I just turned up at 7am, got changed, Mr Jallali came and drew some lines on my chest then I went into surgery. It was very comfortable going under anaesthetic, there was even a heater on my feet to stop them being cold. I woke up slowly and was able to leave by about 3pm. I wasn't in very much pain through any of the healing process at all - they gave me some painkillers to take away, and that was enough! The first two weeks the dressings just stayed on, and after my next visit the nurse showed me how to change them myself, which was easy. After about 6 weeks it was mostly healed, and after 3 months all of the skin was healed over. Now I'm 6 months in, the scars are quite pale already. Overall very happy and would recommend.
Thank you for your question. I think you will benefit from a tip rhinoplasty and I would also discuss alar base reduction with your surgeon. I do not think that fillers would be helpful with the changes that you are seeking.
Thank you for your question. This is a common dilemma and depends on what you are hoping to improve. Liposuction will reduce the fat but not tighten the skin so much. Tummy tuck will address loose skin and fat and repair the muscles if you are post pregnancy. Tummy tuck will give a bigger effect but with more down time.
Thank you for your question and photos. I always recommend my patients to have autologous i.e. their own tissue for breast reconstruction as this gives a better result and is permanent. You may be a candidate for TUG/TMG flaps which are tissue transferred from your thigh. You need to see a breast microsurgeon to assess you.
Thank you for your question. In general most of my patients return to work 2 weeks after an abdominoplasty and muscle repair. I would strongly recommend a muscle repair as you have had children and hence will have divarication of the muscles. You will need to wear a garment for 6 weeks in total but should be able to return to work after 2 weeks.
Thank you for your photos and question. I think an uplift will get you close to the desired breast shape that you have attached. You are correct to be concerned about the risk of scarring and this risk is more related to your skin rather than the surgeon. A qualified PS will be able to explains the risks to you further.
