I would love my hanging columella to be reduced and to have a shorter nose. Is it possible? (Photos)

I got my nose done about 15 years ago. My nose had a bump which seems to be fixed. However when one problem got fixed it seems I now had another issue. I now feel like I have a longer nose which is so much more noticeable when I smile or from the side. I am thinking about going for a revision rhinoplasty. I would love my hanging columella to be reduced and to just have a shorter nose. Is that even possible? I am so insecure and just trying to gather some hope.
