Dr Fisher was amazing. I consulted with 4 doctors, and he was easily my favorite. He explained my options in a way nobody else did (even though most recommended similar procedures) & spent a lot of time making sure I had all my questions answered. The day I went home he was available for all my questions and helped calm my fears when I googled too many things and freaked myself out. Post op care was fantastic. My results from my lower body lift are amazing (I still can’t believe this is my body) and my scar is beautiful - very thin, very low and very even. Oh and my belly button! It was in rough shape beforehand (2 laparoscopic surgeries, weight gain & loss, prior piercing). Now it looks like a 16 year olds belly button! No visible scar - it’s perfect. 10 out of 10 - I would recommend Dr Fisher to all my friends
Hands down best surgeon I could have asked for in my mommy makeover journey. My 48 yr old body looks fabulous! He was there through the whole process. I’m 6 months out, feeling great! If you’re looking for a plastic surgeon, he’s it!! Thanks for everything Dr Fisher
I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Fisher. He was a phenomenal surgeon. He had excellent communication and bedside manner. He was patient and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with my results. I highly recommend him and would utilize him again in the future.
There are not enough words to thank Dr. Fisher for forever changing my life! After losing 130 pounds, I was left with a lot of excess skin that I hated. I had a consultation in November with him, we went over what I wanted done and Dr. Fisher explained everything to me in great detail. I had two rounds of surgery, one in January and the second in May. Dr. Fishers bedside manner is amazing, he gave me his personal cell phone number for any questions or concerns I had during my recovery, when I did call I got a response within the hour. He even met me on a Sunday morning to look at an area of concern. My results are amazing and I am so very happy with it! He is truly one of the best doctors I have ever worked with!
They do not get better than Dr. Fisher!! From scheduling with Andrea, to the staff taking pictures, and eventually to the care team in the operating room and the aftercare! Dr. Fisher worked miracles on me and I feel better than I have in 25 years! If you get lucky enough to have this surgeon work on you, you are blessed. He truly is the best and worth traveling to no matter how far. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and the aftercare you have provided!
Dr. Fisher was very knowledgeable and communicated well from the very first appointment. He listed to my concerns and I felt he provided a very personalized approach. He did a beautiful job on my tummy tuck, breast lift and augmentation (and removed major capsular contractures), and upper bleth as well as maintained incredible communication with me. I would highly recommend Dr. Sean Fisher!
Dr Fisher is an artist! I am a 47Y old mother of 3 (including a set of full term twins) who recently lost 130 pounds. I wanted a tummy tuck and a breast lift to resolve loose skin and sagging in my breasts and while I expected to look better afterwards, the truth is I look incredible. The work and care that Dr Fisher took in performing my surgeries (including an extended tummy tuck, muscle repair, lipo 360, a breast lift) was extraordinary. His attention to my post op care was so wonderful. He has a great bedside manner (even during those tough standing there naked with the mark up pen moments) and his care and sincere concern for his patient’s health starts with the consult and continues through the post op period. The staff and nurses he works with are also top notch.
My experience with Dr. Fisher has been incredible from the start! Getting a rhinoplasty was the first cosmetic procedure I really wanted to look into, so I was really nervous when I started doing my research. My top priority was finding a doctor that made me feel comfortable, was confident, could answer ALL of my questions, etc …that was Dr. Fisher! I went to a hand full of plastic surgeons in the area and did a few online consults but no one gave me the confidence and trust that I needed to solidify a surgery date like Dr. Fisher. The choice was easy! In my first meeting with Dr Fisher, he really took the time to dive into my goals for the procedure, answering questions and even throwing some rough ideas together for potential results. I didn’t feel rushed in my consultation and I didn’t feel like just another number which was important to me. As surgery day approached, he made himself available to answer more questions (very quick to answer!) and tweaked some potential result photos for what I wanted. Surgery went smoothly! My nerves were shockingly pretty low that day but I credit that to that fact that I trusted my doctor Your experience with Dr. Fisher does not end after surgery. After surgery, he was readily available if anything came up with the healing process. I have done several follow ups and he has really helped me with some efforts to treat my heavy swelling. He cares! Now that I am two months post-op, a lot of my swelling has gone down and I am so happy with the results. What used to be my biggest insecurity is now the thing I like to show off now. Check out my before and after photos It’s a big decision and not one to take lightly.I highly recommend Dr. Fisher for a personalized, effective and positive experience all around. You won’t go wrong!
Dr. Fisher and Andrea have truly been outstanding. Amidst several surgery consultations with surgeons in the area, Dr. Fisher’s approach stood out. From the moment I left his office, I knew he was the perfect choice for me. There was never a sense of haste or pressure; instead, I left feeling thoroughly informed and empowered to make a decision. The pre-operative care was remarkable, but it was the post-operative care that truly astounded me. Dr. Fisher personally reached out to me occasionally to check in, demonstrating his genuine concern for his patients. Andrea’s support was equally commendable. Whenever I reached out to her, she was kind, informative, and responsive. At no point did I feel like just another surgery case for Dr. Fisher or Andrea; rather, I felt like a valued member of their extended family. For anyone seeking honesty, professionalism, and genuine care in their surgical journey, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr.Fisher. He is not only a skilled surgeon but also a remarkable individual who goes above and beyond to ensure his patient’s well-being.
Fabulous! I highly recommend him. I felt so comfortable from the first consult through my entire process. Extremely happy with my results. He made me feel and look like a brand new woman. I will certainly use him in the future.
It is difficult to fully comment, based on the limited views of your nose. However, you appear to have a bulbous tip, lacking definition. This is one of the more commonly addressed aspects of many rhinoplasties. When performed by a well-trained plastic surgeon, it can be done in a way to provide natural results that do not result in a pinched tip. other details of a specific surgical plan would be based on your specific complaints and goals for surgery. A decision to pursue buccal fat removal would be better suited in consulting with a plastic surgeon so that they can evaluate your anatomy in real-time. You are very right, performing this in the wrong patient can result in premature aging, however when patients are selected appropriately it can have a nice overall effect. liquid rhinoplasty is really only indicated for a few very specific concerns. It can camouflage a dorsal hump by placing a small amount of filler above/below it. It can also increase tip projection and appearance to a degree. However, in patients who have a bulbous or poorly defined tip- the goal is typically to remove/reshape cartilage to improve definition. In your case, a surgical rhinoplasty is the only way to improve tip definition, narrow the nose, and decrease the overall size. Liquid rhinoplasty will have the opposite effect. external nasal asymmetry can be caused by a number of factors including septal asymmetry, positioning of the upper and lower cartilages of the nose, prior trauma and nasal bone asymmetry, among other things. A septoplasty, in isolation, is typically done for functional concerns alone. If patients have a significant degree of obstruction, removing a portion of the asymmetric septum can alleviate the breathing obstruction. If however, external asymmetry is a major concern of yours, this is best addressed through a combination septorhinoplasty. You clearly have deviation of the caudal septum, however in this single view it is difficult to fully assess your nasal anatomy. Removing the asymmetric portion of the septum and re-aligning it, in combination with repositioning and reshaping the nasal cartilages is the best way to address the external asymmetries you are seeing. Find a well trained plastic surgeon with advanced training in rhinoplasty who can critically evaluate your anatomy and come up with a tailored surgical plan suited for your anatomy and goals. Rhinoplasty is a highly individualized surgery, as each patient has a different starting anatomy and different goals. Many surgeons will want to know what specifically bothers you about your current appearance and what you are hoping to get out of surgery. On profile view, things that could be changed (with a clear difference being shown) would include taking down the dorsal hump, decreasing the overall projection of the nose, and increasing the tip rotation. If these are some of your concerns, they could absolutely be addressed with a rhinoplasty. The key is to find a well-trained plastic surgeon who has advanced training in rhinoplasty and can listen to your concerns and goals and come up with a surgical plan to match these. It is difficult to tell in photos alone, especially with underwear on. However, in patients who have lost a significant amount of weight and with skin laxity that extends on the flanks and back- either an extended tummy tuck or a lower body lift are typically better options. While liposuction is generally a component of these operations, post-weight loss skin will not contract to the degree needed without some sort of excision. An extended tummy tuck will allow you address this skin laxity, as well as laxity of the outer thighs and buttock that cannot be addressed with a traditional tummy tuck.
