New bumps forming 6 months post revision rhinoplasty - would steroid injections help? Can it be fixed without surgery? (Photos)

Reina1007
I was hoping you could help me understand why this is happening and it seems to be getting worse. I had revisions rhinoplasty on Jan 24th because I developed another bump on dorsal hump and tip was too bulbous. I had a small bump develop on the bridge again, but it was small and not to noticeable anyone else. Now I recently noticed a huge bump on the side. This has completely changed the shape of my nose. How could this happen after 7 months? The shape totally changed! Do surgeons inject steroids for cases like this? Can it be fixed without surgery? the lump feels hard but it is still very new. I’m so upset and disappointed as it’s my 2nd surgery. * The first two photos are before the bump on the left side of the tip. Not the cartilage used to make my nose tip pointy.
