What can be done to eliminate any cartilage that is prominent? Would revision be best? (Photos)

3 years post tip-plasty where I had a nostril reshaped/ tip lift and to fix breathing. I have started to notice in the last 6 months some protruding cartiladge like a sharp edge which may be due to warping and scar tissue growth. In certain lights it looks very prominant, bent, especially the ridge. I had alot of nasel cartiladge so he used that to graft the tip as I had a line/ dent in the tip. There has felt like there is something in my nostril on the inside that has grown, scar tissue i'd imagine. Any advice would be great. Thks
