Risks of Revision Rhinoplasty - could this be improved with a minimal procedure? (Photos)

DC2025b
I had rhinoplasty back in 1995. I was so happy for 10 years, then with aging it feels like something changed and now I hate my smile. The nose at rest is fine, but when I smile it looks huge. The tip droops and nostrils feel so long. In some ways it feels like my nose slid down and no longer connects with the bone, although I am sure I am wrong. Is this a difficult procedure and recovery time? I have seen some very scary revisions that didn't go well and I don't want to end up in a worse situation. There is also a hollowed out area on the bridge of my nose and it no longer sits straight on my face. Is this a major fix. Is there some minimal tip revision I can do to fix the droop without going through a full revision rhinoplasty? I have also included an old photo (sorry it is blurry) about 10 years after the surgery and I was happy with my nose.
