Your nose seems overworked, with an overprojected tip creating a fake or virtual, fortunately, ski lope (there is no actual scooping of the dorsum, you only need to deproject the tip); probably you received a poorly calibrated colmellar strut or worse a tongue-in-groove that was not really necessary.

The tip itself might look better defined in my opinion, and you are right that is a tad over rotated up.

Only solution is a rhinoplasy.

PS: liquid rhinoplasty? LOL what a bout a gasesous one? ethereal maybe? don't fall to scams ;) put your life and face in hands of serious doctors.

You could totally do nasal filler for this - I have a ocuple of patients that I routinely do that for after they had a rhinoplasty that over-reduced their dorsum. Otehrwise, of course, a revision is always an option for you.

Based on your photos, I agree that your bridge was made a bit too low. Depending on your condition, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for permanently raising your bridge, and avoiding the uncertainties, risks, expenses, and downtime associated with revision surgery. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for a revision rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include nasal tip deprojection, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. The nose is all about proportion. In your case the tip may be proportionally more projected than the bridge. To fix the proportion the tip can be brought back or the bridge can be projected out. I would actually consider augmenting your bridge as a consideration. Deprojecting the tip, depending on how it's done, could result in changes in the tip shape, or flaring of the nostrils, that you might not like. I would definitely have computer morphong done with an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon to go over options. I don't really like filler in the nose. The only way filler could help would be to raise the bright height, but it complicates things if you ever wanted to have rhinoplasty for a permanent fix. Good luck

Before surgery, you had a nice dip in the profile line right in front of your eyes, where the nose starts at the top. So the fact that that area is low now doesn't mean too much was taken off up there. Sometimes, if the tip of the nose is strong in its forward projection, it can make the bridge *look* as though it's scooped out, and moving the tip back closer can take care of the problem. Certainly building up the bridge is much riskier. Also, when the tip comes back closer to the face, it can make the nose overall *look* longer, and the tip position might then just be cute rather than too upturned. High-quality morphs would allow you to see whether that's what's going on, and to determine what you want as a goal of the operation.

No liquid rhinoplasty. Don't like it: it's not permanent, it's not very predictable, it makes the nose look bigger. Figure out what your nose needs surgically and then decide what to do.
