I want less of a slope on my nose. Liquid vs surgical revision rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Exuberant273756
I had a rhinoplasty done over 4 years ago and have tried to convince myself that I like it and that it was an improvement, but I absolutely hate the slope and how far the tip sticks out, and feel that the tip is too upturned. All of this makes me hate my profile because it feels way to concave. Including a before picture from pre-op. I wish I had communicated more clearly with the doctor on what his exact plans were. I just want a straight nose, not one that looks like a ski jump. Is liquid rhinoplasty (HA fillers) a possibility for achieving this or would this require surgical revision?
