I am concerned about asymmetrical nostrils and bump on bridge, is there anyway to fix nostrils without a revision?

I am concerned about my asymmetry on my nose after rhinoplasty. I feel more self conscious about my nose because of it. There is also a bump on the top of my bridge on my nose that seems swollen but it’s a hard bump, it’s also discolored and looks darker than the rest of my skin on my nose. Is there a way to fix these issues without getting a revision? Thank you.

1st question to know is how long are you out from surgery? Things are likely still changing if it's under 3 years. 2nd question is have you talked to your surgeon about these concerns. I don't really see the bump you're talking about from these photos. It is possible it could be scar tissue that responds to steroid injections. For the nostril asymmetry, you probably could only get this addressed with more surgery. Personally I don't think that yours is that bad (you should expect some degree of asymmetry after nose surgery) that I would recommend you do another surgery to fix this.

The asymmetry of your noses is, IMHO, the lesser of your aesthetic and technical issues; itself could improve by a very cautions unilateral alar base reduction, still not fully corrective given total symmetry is an unfeasible goal, just a palliation.

However, I see lots of problems of very high difficulty solution:
-open roof deformity (no osteotomies? back to school moment)
-inverted V
-scooped dorsum
-over turned tip
-no or scarce tip refinement

You need a comprehensive revision, do research well for the right surgeon, not a case for a minor correction at all.

It is almost impossible to achieve nostril symmetry. Any attempts can lead to taking too much off one side and then going back to take some more from the other side. As this goes on permanent scarring with poor healing can lead to worst asymmetry than before the surgery was done. 
Also, it is very important to remember that nobody will look at your nostrils from below. From the front view the nostrils don't look as asymmetric as from below. Unless the asymmetry is really obvious and disfiguring, it should be left alone.

Based on your photos, you appear to have relatively thin nasal skin which can often show irregularities after rhinoplasty, more so than in those people who have thicker nasal skin. On front view, you appear to have asymmetrical nostril show, and we can see the small bony bump on your bridge. Microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for lowering both of your nostrils, and for improving upon nostril symmetry on front view. We could also consider camouflaging the small bump on the bridge of your nose: all without the inconvenience, expense, uncertainty, and downtime associated with revision rhinoplasty surgery. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty but it really depends on how far out from surgery you are. A surgeon can accomplish improved nostril symmetry by tensioning the tip and placement of extended alar contour grafts. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
