I am concerned about asymmetrical nostrils and bump on bridge, is there anyway to fix nostrils without a revision? (Photos)

I am concerned about my asymmetry on my nose after rhinoplasty. I feel more self conscious about my nose because of it. There is also a bump on the top of my bridge on my nose that seems swollen but it’s a hard bump, it’s also discolored and looks darker than the rest of my skin on my nose. Is there a way to fix these issues without getting a revision? Thank you.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty but it really depends on how far out from surgery you are. A surgeon can accomplish improved nostril symmetry by tensioning the tip and placement of extended alar contour grafts. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
