Hello,  I'm a 5'3 ft female and I weigh 149lbs . I'm interested in receiving BBL procedure and would like to explore if other procedures are reccomended ?

Hello @Lovemusic11 thank you for your question and showing your pictures. It all depends on your expectations, it is important to know what you want to improve. I suggest you consider a body fat reshaping accompanied by a modified lipectomy with minimal approach to flatten the belly. This will allow you to remove the maximum amount of fat from your midsection and contour your waist to give you an hourglass shape. We can then use this fat to give you a customized BBL result. The BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. During a BBL, liposuction of the abdomen and flanks are performed and then the fat is transfer to the buttocks and at times the outer thighs.  Additional, ares of liposuction may be also be done.  
Exploring other procedures depends on your areas of concern.  Patients have undergone abdominoplasty and breast surgery simultaneously.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. In BBL, we mainly get fat from abdomen and waist, and give to buttocks for lifting and projection. Sometimes it is needed to reduce the lower hips to give a round and better shape. A modest thigh lipo that wont sag your skin will also thin your thighs and enhance the results.
