The BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. I suggest you consider a body fat reshaping accompanied by a modified lipectomy with minimal approach to flatten the belly. During a BBL, liposuction of the abdomen and flanks are performed and then the fat is transfer to the buttocks and at times the outer thighs. Additional, ares of liposuction may be also be done.
Exploring other procedures depends on your areas of concern. Patients have undergone abdominoplasty and breast surgery simultaneously.

This will allow you to remove the maximum amount of fat from your midsection and contour your waist to give you an hourglass shape. We can then use this fat to give you a customized BBL result.
