Do I need to go under the knife to achieve my results or could I do injections & CoolSculpt to achieve my ideal shape? (Photo)

I've been recommended to get a mini tummy tuck but I've lost some skin elasticity due to 50+ lb weight loss. I got down to 130 but decided to regain and am currently pictured at 155 (I plan to lose 10 lbs because I find 145 is the most comfortable weight for me and will work on regaining my muscle mass). I don't like how my buttocks don't look full enough, I dislike the loose skin on my stomach and want a smaller waist and I'd like to tighten my upper thighs.
