Question

I've been recommended to get a mini tummy tuck but I've lost some skin elasticity due to 50+ lb weight loss. I got down to 130 but decided to regain and am currently pictured at 155 (I plan to lose 10 lbs because I find 145 is the most comfortable weight for me and will work on regaining my muscle mass). I don't like how my buttocks don't look full enough, I dislike the loose skin on my stomach and want a smaller waist and I'd like to tighten my upper thighs.

The results you want can only be achieve by surgery, a Brazilian Butt lift or lipoinjection is a procedure to improve body contours and thus improve proportionality and from that enhance or highlight your beauty. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

For the best results to be obtained, fat tissue must be taken from waist, abdomen and back (and may be from thighs) and given to the buttocks to achieve a curved body and round projected buttocks. The abdominal skin can be tightened with mini tummy tuck and narrowed further with rectus muscle repair. This looks to be the perfect combination for your case.
