- The old infra-mammary fold should be eliminated
- Your pec muscle should be defined
- The area under the axilla should be treated

To get an accurate assessment on the outcome of the plastic surgery procedure we need at a minimum to see quality before and after pictures. If you’ve had two procedures, then you need to show us before and after pictures for each of the procedures. The single picture you included, does not indicate your arm position and arm position. It dramatically impacts what the chest looks like. I don’t think grafting fat is going to get you what you’re hoping for. Grafting fat, after having had aggressive, Liposuction is going to lead to poor fat grafting survival because the area is depleted of sufficient host tissue to support any grafted fat.
Having had to previous procedures as major situation complex, and difficult to improve upon. Liposuction should be considered a permanent and irreversible operation. Despite not being happy with the outcome sometimes it’s better to accept the way things are then to keep having operations that have a low chance of significant improvement.
