Would liposculpture improve the definition of my pecs? (Photo)

Question

I received 2 gyno surgeries over the past 8 years, and the first surgeon did poor lipo and released my IMF which has resulted in the complete loss of definition on my chest. Would taking fat from below my old imf and grafting it above the old IMF improve the contour of my chest? Thanks in advance.

There are few things that need to be addressed in your case:
- The old infra-mammary fold should be eliminated
- Your pec muscle should be defined
- The area under the axilla should be treated

Gynecomastia combining technologies such as J Plasma and Vaser lipo with surgical excision can completely remove excess glandular tissue, fat and skin from the breast and sculpt a more masculine breast shape. The areola can also be reduced to produce a proportionate appearance. Lipoinjection is also a procedure that will help improve the shape and definition of your pectorals, this procedure requires a prior assessment by a specialist. You would need further lipo and perhaps fat grafting to provide better volume distribution.
