I'm interested in getting 360Lipo in the abdomen area (possible ab etching) however, I'd like to work more on my PECS and Arms and was wondering if there were any additional treatments for those area? To get the more "thick" look. I know there's fat transfer available to arms and pecs. But I'm not sure if I have enough fat to go around as well (interested in butt, pecs, and arms)
Answer: Achieving Desired Body Sculpting Results From your history, provided pictures, and “wish pictures”, it seems like you'd be an excellent candidate for Vaser high-definition liposuction, specifically for the abdomen and suprailiac crest (love handles). As for your arms, Vaser high-definition liposculpture could help you achieve your desired sculpted look. In fact, I believe your results could surpass those seen in your "wish picture." Regarding your pectoral muscles, I recommend Vaser high-definition liposuction and fat transfer. The harvested fat should ideally be injected into your pectoralis region, not your arms, as your arms already exhibit the desired bulk. In summary, I'd suggest Vaser high-definition sculpting of the arms, pectorals, and abdomen, with a fat transfer to the pectorals rather than the arms. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Answer: Thicker look in pecs and arms? Thank you for your question. If you're interested in achieving a thicker look in your pecs and arms, fat transfer combined with Silhouetch can be effective option to consider. Silhouetch is a high-definition liposuction technique that helps remove excess fat in the treated areas while creating a more defined and toned appearance. This can be particularly effective for the arms, which can be difficult to tone through exercise alone. In addition, fat transfer (grafting) can be added to augment volume to the pecs and arms, helping to create a more "thick" look. It's important to keep in mind that the amount of fat available for transfer will depend on your individual anatomy and body composition. Your surgeon can evaluate your eligibility for fat transfer and determine the best areas to target for the transfer.

Answer: Liposculpture There are several options available for enhancing the appearance of the arms and pecs, in addition to 360 liposuction and fat transfer. Here are a few options to consider: Strength training: Building muscle through strength training exercises can help you achieve a more toned and defined look in the arms and pecs. Dermal fillers: Dermal fillers such as Sculptra and Radiesse can be injected into the arms and chest to create a more muscular appearance. These fillers stimulate collagen production, which can help to add volume and definition to the treated areas. Hormone therapy: If you are looking to increase muscle mass in the arms and chest, you may consider hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or testosterone therapy, under the guidance of a qualified medical professional. Implants: Pectoral and bicep implants are also available to enhance the appearance of the chest and arms. It's important to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon or cosmetic specialist to discuss your goals and determine which treatments are best suited for your individual needs. They can also help you determine if you have enough fat available for fat transfer to multiple areas, and recommend the best course of action to help you achieve your desired look. I hope this helps, best of luck !

Answer: Hi-def liposuction During any high definition liposuction there are areas that are treated with edging, stylizing enough so the light and shadows do the definition of the specific areas like the shoulders, arms, pecs, abdomen and buttocks while liposuction and fat transfer, everything being talked in the virtual and in office consultation prioritizing certain areas when doing a skinny lipo.
