Liposuction left a ripple in my thigh. Would compression or massage help, or do I need some kind of laser treatment? (Photo)

I had liposuction done on inner knee and outer thigh. When Dr marked me up for surgery he said he was going to do some on my inner thigh as well. I had heard sometimes that's not a good idea because the skin is more lax. Overall, I'm very happy with the result but on the right inner thigh, there is a ropey/rippled area which I assume is fat & skin. Anyway to tighten? I am a year out-would using compression or massage help or do I need some kind of laser treatment?
