Will lipo help me? I have a hanging pouch after tummy tuck

In plastic surgery, you need to analyze the reason behind the patents aesthetic concerns. First, then can you design a unique treatment plan. And then you can execute.
It is challenging to give you a definitive answer without a physical exam, but from your description, it sounds like you have a dog ear. Since a dog ear often consists of skin as well as underlying tissue, and can easily be addressed through a minor procedure under local anesthesia.

Without the benefit of physical exam and posted pre+post-op photos- it's difficult to comment accurately. I suggest that you discuss it with your Operating Surgeon and review your options.

Liposuction is usually recommended when there is excessive fatty deposits around the waistline. Your doctor will evaluate your overall body contour and decide which areas need to be addressed. He/she may suggest liposuction to remove some of the fat deposits. As you have not shared the photos of your body, it is difficult to comment further. Best wishes!

From your description it sounds as if the problem is excess skin. Lipo360 will not address this, in fact it could make existing loose skin even looser. Further skin excision is needed. I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation.

If you had a tummy tuck at 230 pounds it may have been a slightly different procedure called a panniculectomy.
Most plastic surgeons will want to patients to lose weight before doing a full cosmetic tummy tuck on someone that weights.
Without including pictures we can’t make an assessment. If you still away 230 pounds then weight loss should be number one on your agenda.
