Will lipo help me? I have a hanging pouch after tummy tuck

I had a tummy tuck in 2020 at 230lbs I dint get as flat as I hoped I would I ended up with a lower hanging pouch when I stand up laying down I’m flat also I noticed on my left side where the scar is I have a dog ear Will lipo 360 be able to correct these things

In plastic surgery, you need to analyze the reason behind the patents aesthetic concerns. First, then can you design a unique treatment plan. And then you can execute.
It is challenging to give you a definitive answer without a physical exam, but from your description, it sounds like you have a dog ear. Since a dog ear often consists of skin as well as underlying tissue, and can easily be addressed through a minor procedure under local anesthesia.

From your description it sounds as if the problem is excess skin.  Lipo360 will not address this, in fact it could make existing loose skin even looser.  Further skin excision is needed.  I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation.

Liposuction is usually recommended when there is excessive fatty deposits around the waistline. Your doctor will evaluate your overall body contour and decide which areas need to be addressed.
