Thank you for your question and pictures. I would recommend you a liposuction for betters results. If you're willing to travel, Surgeons in the Dominican Republic have experience and very high standard of excellence when it comes to plastic surgery. I'm positive you can get what you're looking for
Thank you for your question. Based on your pictures you appear to be good candidate for abdomen, laterals and waist liposuction to improve your body contour.Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Thank you for your question and pictures! From your photos, I believe that you are a great candidate for liposuction to your abdomen and flanks. De-bulking your abdomen and bringing in your flanks will allow for a more curvier shape. It is always best to have an in person consultation. Best of luck!
Dear meganSaeah,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hi meganSaeah. Thank you for your question and submission of multiple photos. Based on these photos I do think you would be a good candidate for liposuction of your abdomen, waist, back, and braline (or lipo 360). By doing this and especially focusing on the waistline for liposuction you can achieve a smaller waist. This can all be achieved in one operation. And you do not have to have a BBL! Liposuction would be performed through small incisions that can usually be hidden well. Recovery requires wearing compression garments for several weeks to control swelling! I hope this helps answer your question.
Based on your photos, you definitely qualify for lipo360. The Gold Standard for superior liposuction results requires use of the advanced technology of ultrasound-assisted VASER liposuction. As an official trainer of VASER liposuction, I perform full body liposuction cases every week. VASER liposuction has been the only modality that has consistently resulted in outstanding liposuction outcomes. VASER liposuction ensures a smooth contour regardless of degree of excess fat by virtue of being able to remove any and all remaining fat comprehensively and uniformly. If skin redundancy is observed, Renuvion technology can be simultaneously applied to tighten your skin to optimize your overall contour outcome. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing.Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACSRealself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
There are four variables determine what the shape and contour of the abdomen looks like. In other words if someone doesn’t like the weather belly looks it is always because of one or more of for different reasons. These variables are skin laxity, access subcutaneous fat, muscle separation from previous pregnancies called diastasis recti and Leslie access visceral for intra-abdominal fat.Liposuction treats subcutaneous fat so if that is the problem then Liposuction is one option.Skin laxity and muscle separation our best treated with a full tummy tuckExcess visceral fat can only be lost to weight loss.To make an assessment for skin laxicity put your skin under tension and see if it improves the contour. To measure subcutaneous fat take your fingertip and gently push on your skin until you feel the underlying muscle wall. Your subcutaneous fat thickness around your belly button is probably one and a half inches. The same way you measure subcutaneous fat you can also assess if your muscle wall is tight and flat or if it’s bulges. A tight straight muscle wall should make a B-line between your sternum in your pubic bone. if the muscle wall bulges it is either because of muscle separation if you’ve had previous pregnancies for visceral fat or a combination of both.If you press your abdomen until I gets flat and you can do so quite easily then you don’t have excess visual fat. Another way to assess for visceral fat this to see if your abdomen goes completely flat when laying on your back. From your pictures I’m guessing Liposuction would have a fairly dramatic impact. The big question is if you have had previous pregnancies or not.Likewise it’s important to differentiate the difference between visceral fat and subcutaneous fat.Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is more difficult to the most people believe it. For that reason patient‘s interested in this procedure need to do their due diligence and find the most talented and experience provider. To do that I recommend having multiple in person consultations at which time you should ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures for abdominal liposuction. simply seeing a handful of pre-selected pictures which most likely represent the best results of the providers career is insufficient to have a clear understanding of an average results look like in the hands of each provider. And experience provider should have no difficulty showing you a minimum of 50 sets of before and after pictures of abdominal liposuction results. Ask the provider to show as many pictures as possible of patients with similar body characteristics to your owner. Highly experienced surgeons will have hundreds or even thousands of abdominal liposuction before and after pictures.I also recommend patients read all the reviews on various position review website avoiding providers for any significant number of justified negative reviews. The absence of justified negative reviews is more important than more telling them having an abundance of positive reviews.Continue having consultations until you feel quite certain you found the most talented and experience provider in your community. I do not recommend patients travel long distances for elective surgical procedures and whenever possible I recommend avoiding virtual consultations.Personally I view the torso as a single anatomic unit and try to treat the entire torso when doing liposuction. This means that in addition to doing a Abdomen 360 I also include the fullback an under arm area in order to leave patients with a natural even thin fat distribution.Good luck,Mats Hagstrom MD
4 L of fat is a lot of fat. The maximum recommended to be suctioned at one time and still send the patient home safely o the same day is 5L. Too much suctioning can lead to unsafe fluid shifts in the body. It is hard to know how much fat would be needed for you without seeing photographs and...
To make an assessment on the outcome of a surgical procedure we have to see before and after pictures. Without knowing where you started we can’t know what your surgeon did. Your lower back looks like it was over treated or treated very aggressively. Was this done using VASER? I’m gue...
I cannot address the fees in Las Vegas, but liposuction is usually charged by the number of areas treated and the weight of the patient. Obese patients have more fat per area and often the charge is increased to accommodate the extra time and work needed. If several areas are treated with...
