Ten month ago, in November 2022, I underwent a “rejuvenation procedure” at Tamiras.
For my age, a few years from reaching seventy, my body is in excellent shape, having an active life with sports and dance. But my face didn’t match my body and also not my feelings. A tired and drawn face was looking at me in the mirror every morning. My neck was bothering me to most, with its lose skin.
In consultation with Dr. Jayanti I opted for a neck lift, a mid face lift as well as under eye blepharoplasty, fat fill and lazer treatment
I cannot say that I felt very good waking up after the procedure, on the contrary, it was quite uncomfortable. That’s why it was so very important to receive such a professional after care at Tamira.

The most difficult part for me was the fact that I needed to go back to work asap and still after two weeks I had to apply make up on some areas. The scar in the hairline in the back of my neck still troubles me and I have had to change hairstyle to cover it.
But apart from this I am totally happy with the result, I look more like my “self”, completely natural, just younger and happier!

DR.JEYANTHY RAVINDRAN did cosmelan depigmentation peeling treatment to me. I use to have acne Marks, porse and my skin was dark at some areas. I have been really unfortable and wasn't happy with my appearance. Also I was getting ready for my wedding day & I wasn't really sure if I could get rid of my acne marks. But dr. I visited Tamira and consulted Dr.Jayanthy Ravindran for the laser hair removal treatment. She explained everything about the procedure in a very clear and lucid manner and asked me to take some blood test which I found a very systematic approach to find the root cause of the problem. Within few sittings I could feel the difference, Initially my hairs were thick but with the respective sittings the hairs became thin and fine.I would say it’s totally worth of money. My first HT was in April 2016. Dr. Jayanthy along with her team put me in ease by making sure I clearly understand the procedure.

4 months post HT, I retained almost all the grafts implanted. The PRP ensured there are no shock loss in surrounding areas.

I went for my 1 year review yesterday. My thought was to get my second HT to restore back of my head.

But Dr. Jayanthy after careful review suggested I dont have rush into surgery, again typical of her, who puts the patients needs before anything else. She has suggested few tablets to retain the hair and suggested to wait and see if there is a need for HT in the next 6-12 months.

I'm overall happy with my choice.
