I want to make my nose more refine keeping it shape. I want light sedative anestesia. My budget is $3000-$5000. Attach a pic of the way my nose is, and another of what I want ( which I achieved squeezing it;)

Alar base reduction can be done under local anesthesia with sedation or straight local anesthesia.  It takes approximately an hour to perform or less.  You should consult with a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty for best results.  Best wishes.

photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. You may also benefit from alar base reduction to decrease the width of your alar base.  Cost varies based on surgeon expertise.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

An alar base reduction, if that is what you need, is a fairly straightforward procedure that can be performed with light sedation. You would have to be seen in person to be properly evaluated.

The base of your nose and nostril size can be adjusted with an alar base reduction if indicated by examination.  Sometimes alar base reduction is combined with surgery to the tip of your nose as well to refine the top of"base triangle" as well. When you modify the base, you do influence the appearance to your advantage of disadvantage as well.
