I want to make my nose more refine keeping it shape. I want light sedative anestesia. My budget is $3000-$5000. Attach a pic of the way my nose is, and another of what I want ( which I achieved squeezing it;)

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. You may also benefit from alar base reduction to decrease the width of your alar base. Cost varies based on surgeon expertise. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Alar base An alar base reduction, if that is what you need, is a fairly straightforward procedure that can be performed with light sedation. You would have to be seen in person to be properly evaluated.
