Some doctors wrote to consider alar base reduction irreversible. I had it done and I live with this regret. Is there anything that can be done to make nostrils slightly wider or give it that appearance? I think making the bridge narrower would make my tiny nose look even tinier. My scars are noticeable when I make a face. I've read that this is a risky type of surgery, so what options do I have?
