I've gone to see Dr. Chaboki for filler in the jaw area. He has expert technique and it always comes out just the way I like it with minimal bruising. He's one of the few I'll trust my face with. Definitely recommend.
I'd recommend Dr. Chaboki to anyone. I went to several surgeons before deciding to undergo my procedure with Dr. Chaboki. Three months later I'm so happy with my decision! I wasn't 100% which procedures were right for me, and Dr. Chaboki's recommendations made the most sense. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything. I love my results! The procedure wasn't as difficult as expected, and the recovery process went exactly as he described.
I had a lower bleph and full-face fat transfer with Dr. Chaboki and I am soooooooo thrilled with my results. I researched for so long and went to several consults, but when I met with Dr. Chaboki I knew he was the surgeon I would go with. I am 35 years old I have had genetic under eye bags my whole life and the last few years I have had volume facial fat loss due to aging and my under eyes bags had gotten progressively worse. I used to rarely wear makeup but over the last few years I wore it every time I left the house because I was so self-conscious of my under eyes. I always looked tired and I just didn't like how flat and deflated my face looked. I was nervous about surgery because I had never had surgery before. Everything went so smooth and everyone was so kind to me. The recovery went great as well. I just had the typical bruising and swelling. I literally look at least 10 years younger and it looks extremely natural. I wish I had done this years ago. Dr. Chaboki and his staff did not pressure me at all in my consults and he really took his time with me and explained everything. Hes very humble and kind and his staff were so helpful and lovely. He's an excellent surgeon who really took his time and I would highly, highly recommend him.
I had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty with Dr. Chaboki one year ago. He and his staff could not have been more understanding and helpful through it all. The cost was very reasonable and the recovery time was pretty quick. In a few weeks I was able to leave the house without noticeable bruises. My nose was crooked and slanted and I had always wanted to get it fixed. The results are very natural as the doctor just straightened it a bit and corrected problems which allowed for better breathing. I researched doctors for years before finally having the nerve to go through with the surgery. I’m so glad I did and highly recommend Dr. Chaboki.
I've been working with Dr. Chaboki for several years and he and his team have always provided excellent care and service. He listens carefully to what I want to work on and then provides recommendations tailored to my specific profile and characteristics. He's always upfront about how I'm likely to respond to any procedures and is conscientious about allaying any anxiety. I would highly recommend working with Dr. Chaboki.
Dr. Chaboki is exceptional. He is a rare find, surgeon that takes time to explain and also listens to a potential client. He spent time on me and explained all the details of several procedures. I had a Botox and filler done with him with excellent results. I also took my son to him to treat massester hypertropy and he was amazing with him. He is a professional that is in addition a very good human. I am so happy I discovered him. I will always go back to me with any
I had a great experience with Dr. Chaboki and his staff. I went in for my consultation knowing exactly what I wanted: neck lipo, chin implant, and buccal fat reduction. Chaboki verified that these were good procedures for me, he mocked up some results in photoshop, and the office scheduled my surgery for the very next week! I didn't love the surgery center itself (which is unrelated to Chaboki's team), but all the staff there were professional. I was in a lot of pain after the 3 procedures, but I got plenty of guidance and support about the healing. To be honest, after the bandages came off, I was very freaked out about my chin. It seemed too big! I called Chaboki on his cell, practically crying. He reassured me that we could remove the implant if/whenever I wanted, but that I was still very swollen at the moment, so he recommended that we give my body some time to recover before deciding. He ended up being SO RIGHT. Now that I'm all healed (a few months later), it looks perfect. I'm so happy with the results. I don't think Chaboki has the softest bedside manner, but his skills and judgement speak for themselves. Also, although I recommend Chaboki very highly, I do think that plastic surgery is a very serious choice. Unless you're distressed about your looks on a daily basis, the pain and cost aren't worth it. Personally, I was distressed on a daily basis, and surgery turned out to be well worth it!
I went to see Dr. Chaboki back in May for a consultation to see if I would be a good candidate for upper eyelid surgery. I was specifically looking for someone who had experience in Asian eyelids. My previous surgeon did not work with Asian eyelids so I was on a hunt for someone who specifically is educated in Asian eyelids. I found Dr. Chaboki online and decided to take a chance . The front desk people were super friendly upon my first consultation. Dr. Chaboki took the time to take pictures and show images on the computer to help me understand what would be achieved after the procedure. I had a crease already but wanted more of the crease to show as I’ve always had droopy eyelids and it got worst with age. Dr. Chaboki is super conservative which I like . He encourages you to not do a drastic change based on what looks good on other people, but a more subtle change that suits what looks good on your face. After careful consideration, I decided to go through with the procedure. I originally booked in for July - but then something happened with the nurse and etc. I think the only difficult part was scheduling a time because a nurse had to be there . You can do an option at the hospital where they put you completely to sleep, but I did not want to go with that route. Eventually we were able to book a date!! Surgery day: I was super super nervous . For anyone that suffers from severe anxiety, the thought of being awake during the procedure made me so nervous in the weeks following the procedure. I’ve suffered from anxiety just having eyelash extensions one time. On the day of the surgery Dr.Chaboki made me feel at ease . He did prescribe be Valium before the surgery but I honestly was scared to take it. Again - that’s more of a personal choice because I do not do well with drugs (even Xanax). I’ve read good and bad reactions to Valium and knowing me I was a little scared . Some people do fantastic on it so it’s all a personal choice ! Dr. Chaboki assured me I really didn’t need it . I am so glad he did because the procedure was very very simple . The only part that hurt a little bit was the numbing shot. It honestly was not that though . Just a tiny pinch! The rest of the procedure went so smooth. It didn’t hurt one bit . The only weird feeling part was the sound of the cutting and stitching, but nothing that was severe enough to make me freak out. The whole time, both the nurse and Dr. Chaboki was chatting with me which helped ease my mine. Both of their bedside manners were professional and awesome. Each eye took probably under 20 minutes . Super quick! I was able to take an Uber to Baltimore City right after the surgery. I did not feel any pain. I just felt heavy in the eyes . Brushing was obviously bad during the first few days. My eyes got a bit allergic from the stitching (I also suffer from extremely sensitive skin) and so the bruising did take longer to heal. I know some people who take a week, however I took a good two weeks for the bruising to go down. Again - everyone’s experience is different. Ive had other surgeries before and have always bruised more than the average person. I was able to do two FaceTime follow up visits which was nice because I live a little bit far. Dr. Chaboki made sure all my questions were answered. The stitching dissolved on its own so I did not need any stitches removed. I did a follow-up appointment today. It’s been 3 months since my procedure. I still have scarring that’s noticeable so Dr. Chaboki injected steroids to the area. I will say wow… it definitely made the scarring better already. Overall- great experience!!! I really enjoy not having the use eyelid tape everyday or have to stretch my eyelids when I wake up every morning. I was always so self conscious in photos about my droopy eyelid which looked worst in photos. The best part is nobody noticed it at all ! My own mother and sister did not notice I got anything done. My husband said it was super subtle. It was an awesome experience because the procedure was really for myself and not for anyone else. I am happy with it and would 100 percent encourage anyone who has a hard time figuring out whether they should go through with the surgery - you won’t regret it !
In December 2020, I had three procedures: a revision brow lift (with a correction to my hairline), cheek implants, and a revision rhinoplasty. I'm very happy with all the results. I was very concerned that the browlift not be overdone, but Dr. Chaboki got it just right. Equally important (maybe more), he corrected the straight-across hairline scar that a previous doctor had given me. That scar had embarrassed me for years, so I'm really grateful for Dr. Chaboki's stitching expertise. The cheek implants also look great. No one notices them, and I like that fact! The doctor chose just the right size. The trickiest part was the rhinoplasty. I had a ridge on my nose from breaking it in a traffic accident years ago. The doctor smoothed it and is going to do a slight touch-up as soon as I can schedule it. By the way, Dr. Chaboki is an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist who was recommended to me by another (non-cosmetic-surgeon) ENT specialist, so he knows what he's doing. I'll post some pictures if I feel brave.
Dr. Chaboki is an excellent surgeon and a great human. After being reluctant on going through with a rhinoplasty for more than 10 years, he was the only one that made me comfortable enough with the process. He was honest about expectations and made sure that my concerns with addressed. The recovery was better than I expected. I have already recommended him to friends and family.
Thank you for your question. The photos provided demonstrate unrealistic plastic surgery changes with AI. It's better to speak with a plastic surgeon to review potential options with you. Best, Dr. Chaboki

Lower eye bags and dark circles can be present from a relatively young age. Medical treatment of allergy and sinuses is a reasonable first step. Cosmetic treatment may include filler injection under the eyes areas to help camouflage bags. Filler can last approximately 6-12 months or longer based on many variables. Lower eyelid surgery is another option to consider. Excess fat that creates the bag is removed to help achieve a less tired appearance. If you haven't already, speaking with a facial plastic surgeon can help determine appropriate options. There is also a ton of information on our practice blog on surgical and nonsurgical lower eyelid procedures. Best, Dr. Chaboki
An asymmetric or disproportionate face is often seen in plastic surgery offices. For the lower face, some options to consider to improve symmetry may include relaxing excessively large jaw muscles and/or cheek fat reduction. A lower facelift with skin tissue lifting is typically not required. If you haven't already, then speaking with a facial plastic surgeon can help determine appropriate options. We have a ton of information on these treatments on our practice blog.Best,Dr. Chaboki
Relative insufficient facial volume can be present at any age, which can contribute to the appearance of eye bags and smile lines. Cosmetic treatment may include filler injections or fat transfer to these areas to add volume. Fillers can last approximately 6-12 months or longer based on many variables. Fat can be longer lasting.Plastic surgery of the lower eye and cheeks can be considered too. If you haven't already, speaking with a facial plastic surgeon can help determine appropriate options.
