How much of a difference would it make to go from 195cc to 275cc? (photos)

I would recommend performing an implant exchange and also performing a breast lift. I would highly recommend finding a highly trained aesthetic plastic surgeon (preferably 6 years of dedicated plastic surgery residency and 1 year of aesthetic fellowship). Best of luck!

You would gain ~ 1 cup. I personally had to treat a lot of patients who came for a revision because their surgeon advised them to get a small size because of their anatomy. I think it is a mistake. A bigger size, with the right implant and placement, would still look as natural even on a narrow rib cage.

When you add approximately 100cc's, this is about 1 cup size. Measurements by your surgeon will help determine the dimensions of your implant. Trying on implants prior to surgery will help you figure out the size and give you a visual of what your result will look like.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Largely 100cc in implant size adds half a cup size in your bra. This is not set in stone though. Trying on a sizer on your consultation will give you a better understanding of what to expect

You should add a wish pic to let us know what you desire. Chest and breast measurements along with a physical exam will aid your surgeon in proper implant selection.
A 195 is way too small for your chest.

I would suggest meeting with a plastic surgeon and trying on both sizes so you can see the difference. You will increase about a half cup in size.

More important than the volume increase would be an increase in the diameter of your implants to close the wide gap you have in the middle some more. Your current ones are too narrow IMO.
