I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

An examination is needed to be sure, but your implant may be bottoming out from the weight. Otherwise, fat can be added to the dent.

Great posted photos though the bottoming is still noticed? The dent in the suture line of the one breasts will NOT resolve without fat grafting surgery (fee $3,000) or injections of Radeisse/Sculptra (fee $3,000). Best to re connect with the surgeon to see his/her thoughts. Was it done in CLINIC setting? If yes good luck if even able to obtain a response. Best to use experienced boarded PS to re fix area.
