I had a revision and lift with swap of implants, previously my right breast was very bottomed out but seemingly out of nowhere this dent appeared in the left side, and looks disfigured. Admittedly it has only been about 4 months but something looks wrong and my surgeon in Miami said “it should round out give it time” has anyone seen anything like this? There is no pain, but it is distressing

Unless you have any complications in your healing process from your long surgery there is no definite limitation as to when you should have your procedure done. Best of luck
I am so sorry that you are having these problems. Your tissue is not supporting the weight of your current implants. You could consider going smaller with a lift and mesh of an internal bra. Some tissue once stretched never holds well. It is not really possible to know whose tissue will...
Just based on your photos, you will need a lift, especially if you lose more volume with weight loss. Once implants are replaced and you are lifted, if you have any indentations, fat grafting can be done later.
