A breast augmentation with implants (teardrop shape or round) may result to rounder, “fake” look, but with the right guidance and after choosing the right shape and size of implants for you this would be only temporary and when they settle the result can look very natural.
With regards to fat transfer the retention rate is about 50-70% and it is more related to individual factors (related to the person) rather than the area the fat is transferred to. There are limitations though that can be discussed on a consultation.

Very good experience, especially on the day of the surgery. I was a nervous wreck but Dr Mitsakos reassured me and was very positive. I asked a million questions and I am really scared of needles and hospitals but the experience was not scary at all. I look and feel so much better, my recovery was perfect, I look really natural and much more motivated to work out. There are many doctors who will push you to get more procedures, Dr. Mitsakos is not like that at all, not pushy and very matter of fact, which I like. I look way better than I thought I would, and would totally do it again.
