Capsulorraphy/pocket tightening/safety using same implants?

After just 8 weeks of my primary breast augmentation (a modest 300cc) my left implant has moved laterally & slipped making a larger space between the implants AMsurgeon has finally acknowledged there is a problem, and she is offering a revision. Said I neended a capsulorraphy. I was told to use the same implants that they would be “fine” So my questions are, are there risks using implants that have been out of the body? Yes, I do recommend going smaller like 400-450 cc's and liposuction can be added at the same time. Please discuss this with your surgeon. Your shoulders and neck will thank you for going smaller.

I would highly recommend downsizing implants and performing mastopexies (breast lifts). The problem is that the implants are too large and there is too much breast tissue/skin. The only way to fix this issue is with a breast lift. Regardless, these are all my own opinions based on the photos...
