Yes, I do recommend going smaller like 400-450 cc's and liposuction can be added at the same time. Please discuss this with your surgeon. Your shoulders and neck will thank you for going smaller.

You can downsize your implants and get lipo at the same time. You would need a in person consultation if you are a good liposuction candidate.
