I got a breast implants 600cc with out a lift. Can I get a revision? Smaller silicone implants with a 360 liposuction at the same time?
Answer: Revision Yes, I do recommend going smaller like 400-450 cc's and liposuction can be added at the same time. Please discuss this with your surgeon. Your shoulders and neck will thank you for going smaller.

Answer: Yes You can downsize your implants and get lipo at the same time. You would need a in person consultation if you are a good liposuction candidate.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Klove1254, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Revision breast and liposuction Your photos are substandard, so It is difficult to give you an accurate assessment. Naked photos of your front, sides and back are required to better assess what is going on. Based on your photos, it appears that you would do better with changing the implants and considering a breast lift too. The lipo-360 would depend on your skin elasticity which would require a physical exam. Your sides and lower back would be fine for the liposuction. Dr. Taranow

Answer: Breast implants revision (600cc) without lift? Nice posted photos but limited views, why? You can exchange for slightly smaller volume implants in the 450-500 cc only because then you would droop or hang needing a full lift which you did not desire. As for lipo over 1 liter supernatant fat is not allowed i combination with other surgeries in Florida office surgeries. The rule is only 1 liter in combo surgeries. So best to seek virtual consult with... to fully understand your options. Expect fees to be in the $8,000 ranges.
