It's been 4 months and I see no improvement from having supposed juvederm 1 syringe in the above areas . I hate my face all I see is a big jaw with no cheekbones and a fat face . Why is the filler not dissapearing ? Uk drs are not experienced enough with dissolving and most of the drs I have seen suggest leaving it . I am so depressed. And dissolving it is not an option thanks .
Answer: Dissolving fillers If you are really unhappy with the treatment you should really reconsider having the filler dissolved. I know there are horror stories on realself about dissolving fillers, but those of us who are experienced with this process will all tell you that we dont see anything like the horrible side effects people describe here.

Answer: Fillers I'm sorry that you are unhappy with your filler treatment. If you are not interested in having the product dissolved you may want to consider other options to treat the areas you dislike. Many find benefit with lasers, chemical peels, or microneedling (Skin Pen) to improve skin tone and texture. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss options available to you.

Answer: Fillers Hi there Thanks for your question. For all the areas describe you had just 1 seringue ? I find that is way far to be enough to really treat all these area and get a good result. But its easy to get over it and dissolving it, You just need to get your doctor to do Hyaluronidase injection in the areas injected previously. Good luck Dr Stephanie Olivier MD, FRCSC Clinique médispa bromont

Answer: Facial fillers If you have had 1 syringe of Juvederm injected 4 months ago in your marionette's lines, cheeks and jaw (I assume the jawline) the only conceivable improvement would be visible if your pre-injection volume deficit was very minimal. The areas of injection you have described will frequently require more than one syringe to achieve any visible improvement. Consider the volume of one syringe of Juvederm - it is 1ml which, by pure volume, is exactly 1/5th of a teaspoon. If you divide it only between your cheeks each side would have received only 1/10th of a teaspoon by volume. In your case, not only cheeks were injected but also two additional areas on both sides. As you see, having only one syringe injected in so many areas would very unlikely render any visible changes. Even if you had an unusually large swelling after the injection, these would have resolved by now. Dissolving Juvederm is one of the basic procedures that for those who skillfully inject fillers no special training is required. My suggestion is to you contact you doctor and review your options. The "before and after" photos would be of great help in your case.

Answer: Fillers Fillers can in most cases be easily dissolved. A single syringe of filler is unlikely to have improved all those areas significantly. You probably needed more.
