I am 64 years old and living in Bellevue for 10 years now. I've visited Visage MedArt in the past (laser and micro needling) and been extremely pleased with results. I used to take really good care of my skin but anymore I rarely go for facial treatments; adopting a "what the heck, I'm old" attitude. But a few weeks ago I adjusted that attitude and reached out to Visage MedArt again. And am I ever glad I did! I went in for botox (my first) with Donna. And laser for broken facial capillaries with Dr. Kacki. Everything -- making the appointment, price, procedure, results and, most of all, Donna and Dr. Kacki's level of skill and care left me feeling more comfortable with my appearance, excited about future treatments and genuinely cared for. I'm sure some will read this and be put off with my gushing but Visage MedArt reminded me there are caring people, doing really good things for others out there. I thank you both (and all) from the bottom of my heart.
Doctor Kacki and Visage Med Art is the best in Nashville for Botox, Filler (Radiesse, Juvaderm, Alofill), RF Microneedling, Vanquish, Elixis with a superb medical-grade skincare line! Doctor Kacki is brilliant and takes his time to make sure you are both comfortable and most pleased with the results that you WILL notice!
I have been seeing Dr. Kacki and his staff since he opened Visage Medart. My latest procedure was filler - Juvederm. Dr. Kacki and the nurses are quite gifted at sculpting beautiful cheeks and lips as well as filling in areas around nose and mouth to give a lovely youthful appearance. Dr. Kacki and both nurses (Katie Harris and Sandy Nahmias) have done amazing work with Juvaderm on my face.
My favorite thing about Dr. K is the fact that he is very conservative. I get better results with a third of the Botox my former doctor used. He is always willing to talk about new studies and procedures. The results are perfections The lines across my forehead are completely gone. So glad I found Visage!
When I call for an appointment the receptionist is always cordial and helpful. When I go for an appoinment, I am always greeted immediately and appointments are on time. have used radiesse, botox, laser, PRP levulon, peels and microderm. Every procedure was performed with expertise. I have been pleased with everything and would never go elsewhere!! The staff is incredible as well! I would highly recommend Visage Medart!!!! 5+ stars!
Dr. Kacki injected filler in the hollows under my eyes to smooth out crows feet and replenish fullness. He added volume to my cheekbones giving my face an uplifted look, and added a small amount of filler to the tip of my nose to smooth out an indention. He also subtly restored volume to my lips without giving me the dreaded "duck lips".
The horizontal line is clearly visible, It would be very helpful to repeat the photo with only frontal illumination to eliminate any shadowing in the area.
Every invasive procedure leads to inflammatory response culminating in collagen stimulation/scar formation. Overfilling, in my opinion, is a failed procedure in addition to unaesthetic outcome. Use of hyaluronidase can be a measured intervention without dissolving the entire volume of your filler. It requires not only your patience but, more importantly, your injector's willingness to save some filler. The migration is rare and unpredictable regardless of the technique. Overfilling, however, is always predictable and avoidable. Therefore, the correction of the latter should be at no cost to you
The "dimples" related to threads are occasionally seen with anchoring threads, eg. Silhouette, when a segment of thread with cone ends up too superficially. Before using filler to fill the depression I would attempt to mobilise the area by applying traction along the thread at, or near, the dimple. If successful, you would feel a "snap" of displaced cone or barb. More invasive methods would nullify the lifting effect of the threads.
Although the existing forms of botulinum toxins used for aesthetic purpose are in general safe, there are well described long term effects that can be rather devastating. This long term side effect is called the Impaired Neuronal Communication Syndrome (INCS) that manifests itself in many ways related to Central Nervous System, peripheral nervous system, autonomic nervous system including hypothalamic syndrome as well as psychiatric disturbances. The INCS is considered a very rare complication, related to distant spread of the toxin. With only about 300 cases reported the question remains whether the illness is indeed very rare indeed or just very rarely diagnosed due to lack of awareness and diagnostic limitations? In summary, considering the number of Botox injections around the world , the product is quite safe. Yet, denying a possibility of rare, at times debilitating, long term side effects limits our credibility.
There is always a small risk of keloid formation in your particular case. Regardless of how small the risk is there is never a guarantee you will not develope keloid scar. One option to consider is to use a neuro-toxin (Botox, Xeomin or Dysport). For excessive sweating the effect persists for much longer than for aesthetic use frequently up to a year or even more. You can markedly decrease perspiration with doses much smaller than "recommended" . Unless one desires there is no need to stop perspiration. Good luck!
