It’s officially been a year since my Rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Miotto and I can genuinely say I’m truly happy with my results; from the consultation to the actual surgery and follow up visits. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Getting surgery was scary- especially on my face.

I did so much research and came across her. I looked at every surgeon in my area but her before and after results stood out for me so I booked a consultation she was very nice and honest.

She knew exactly what needed to be fixed without me having to say much. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered those results. The day of surgery was so smooth her team was very caring and I barely had any bruising or swelling on my face which I was shocked because I bruise so easy and bad my face looked almost normal after surgery just goes to show she has amazing hands and was gentle on my face.

I would 10/10 go back to her and have recommended her to friends and family on top of delivering the results I wanted she’s super genuine and she cares about the patients needs and wants what I admire most is she holds herself and work to a high standard her quality of work is amazing not a lot of doctors now days care but she’s definitely one of the best ones!

The best part is that she did such an amazing natural job that I’m always getting compliments on how “I have the perfect nose” she didn’t over do anything she knows exactly what would look best on your face and that’s so important!

After having had the same surgical procedure done 3 times by recognized plastic surgeons in 2 different countries – the 3rd. was done in NYC by a very well-known and insanely pricey Park Avenue plastic surgeon – I can attest, without reservation, to Dr. Miotto's rare and exquisite talent.

On February 1, 2021, I was operated on for the 4th time by her. It was BY FAR the most relaxed, delightful, and painless experience with the quickest, most comfortable recovery. The process was seamless. Instructions were clear. Her staff is top notch. A special shout-out to Daniela who pampered me in ways I will miss. And did I mention DIVINE RESULTS?! I simply never looked better – not even in my twenties. I'll be 60 in August.

I will never know how Dr. Miotto pulled it off, but did she EVER! She is a magician, a bona fide miracle worker. I said before that she has a rare and exquisite talent but it's actually superpowers! You could not put a gun to my head to make me go to anyone else. Dr. Miotto gave me wings and for that, my eternal friendship and gratitude to everyone at ME Plastic Surgery.

What an incredible experience! This was my first experience with filler and Dr Miotto was pure perfection! From her calm, warm explanation of what we were going to accomplish, to her amazing listening of my desired outcome, to making me feel so special and beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience! My Miotto Reveal actually brought tears to my eyes because I finally looked on the outside how I felt on the inside, a younger version of me! I had a problem due to a previous surgery that I’ve done overseas and Dr. Miotto was able to help me . She was sweet and understanding. The fact that she is also from my country and a woman is even better braces she truly understand how sad and frustrated I have been. I wish I have met her before but at least now she is here very close and I can recommend to everyone. My next procedures will definitely be done with her!

Dr. Miotto is simply the best. She is an incredibly kind and gracious person, very patient with my (many) questions about breast implants and liposuction, and made my decision to move forward with surgery incredibly easy and with confidence. And most importantly, I am SO happy with my results! I will never go to another plastic surgeon, I am officially a Dr. Miotto devotee.

41 YO, mom of 2, 2 c-sections. I had a Tummy Tuck with liposuction on flanks and full back with Dr. Miotto in June/2019. Dr Miotto, her team and her clinic are wonderful! I honestly do not believe you can get a better doctor/experience in Atlanta, GA. Dr Miotto is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and kind. My preop, surgery and postop were absolutely amazing! From my first visit to my last one, Dr. Miotto was always on time! She responded to all my emails, questions and phone calls very quickly. Her assistant Jacqui is also amazing and very responsive. My anesthesiologist and nurses were also very professional. I can't say enough about my experience and my results. The consultations are also free which is great and hard to find in Atlanta. I totally recommend Dr. Miotto and her team for any plastic surgery!

Here are some suggestions that helped me A LOT before and after my surgery:

Before:
- Do not pick your doctor based on price alone. Do your homework!
- Lose all (or almost all) the weight you need before your surgery
- Exercise regularly and eat healthy
- Get you body AND mind ready
- Take at least two weeks off. Have someone taking care of you (and your kids) during that time
- Do all your grocery shopping and get your medication from the pharmacy before the surgery day
- Get your house cleaned and organized
- Get a couple of lose dresses that you can open in the front (along with some comfortable underwear)
- Invest in a good/medical grade “spanx”
- Get some cough drops (and water) next to your bed at all times. Believe me, you don’t want to cough! If you do cough (sneeze), hold your stomach with a pillow. Try not to laugh (or cry) right after the surgery either lol
- Don’t worry, be happy! You are about to do something AMAZING for yourself!

After:
- Follow ALL of your doctor’s recommendations and don’t skip follow up visits
-Take all medications around the clock, even if you’re not feeling pain. That’s how you will keep the pain under control
- Eat healthy and drink plenty of water
- Get up as much as you can, as fast as you can after surgery. Walk around your house often, even if it hurts!
- Add lymphatic drainage massages to your budget. They are wonderful (expensive!) but TOTALLY worth it!
- I rented an electric recliner for a month at R.A.C - the BEST thing ever! It was only about $100 and it was a lifesaver. They deliver it and pick it up for free. I spend most of my time on that chair during my recovery.
- I also got a folding walker. Great helper to get out of the bed, couch...and in the first showers!
- Start exercising as soon as your doctor gives you permission
- Stay POSITIVE and have patience. The pain will pass and you will stand up again! I promise :)
- Enjoy your new amazing body! You deserve it!

My experience with Dr. Miotto was phenomenal. She is kind, listens, does not rush, goes above and beyond and has a "going an extra mile" approach. Most importantly, she is incredibly well trained and ahead of the game when it comes to techniques and updated options for patients. I am so very grateful to Dr. Miotto. She is truly a gifted surgeon and has passion for her work that exceeds all others. I received a facelift, fat injections under eyes and temples, neck lift, earlobe trim, and eyelid correction . I healed beautifully. I followed directions and I took the recommended supplements bromelian. arnica and Vit. C and I had no bruising. The entire experience was wonderful. Her staff is very caring. I would do it all again without hesitation. I am forever indebted to Dr. Miotto.

I had done other botox procedures with another plastic surgeon here in Atlanta but nothing compares to the attention and caring Dr. Miotto gives you. She is the one who does all botox and filling procedures, not an assistant, which was the case with this other doctor. Dr. Miotto's attention to detail and to you, as her patient, makes you feel special and that you are actually being taken care of. She was the only person that has ever told me that I have a beautiful mouth. Might sound silly but shows that she is really looking at you and paying attention to YOU!
