This is an appearance that is unfortunately seen after excision of lateral portion of the lower lateral cartilages.  It can be corrected with the help of cartilaginous graft obtained from the ear.  It is not a complicated procedure and can be done under local anesthesia in the office.RegardsDr. J

It looks like you were over resected and developed pinching of the nostrils. Yes, I think a revision is reasonable. Best of luck.

 Revision rhinoplasty is a very difficult endeavor, so it's important to have an in-person consultation and examination. Also important to try to obtain your old records for the new surgeon to review your operative report from the primary surgery. The asymmetries can be adjusted and the alar retraction can can be improved with cartilage grafting techniques

Hi,It appears from the pics that you had an aggressive resection of the your dorsal nasal septum and your upper lateral cartilages. This revision would require either septal or auricular cartilage grafting to augment the dorsum and lateral cartilages.Best,Dr.S.
