Would I be able to fix this botched Rhinoplasty? (photos)

This is one of the hardest surgeries but yes it can be done. It might require more than one procedures and a  lot of patience. I have done it for a few patients with good results.RegardsDr. J

Nostril surgery in combination with rhinoplasty can be difficult.  Your outcome demonstrates some of the potential complications that can occur during this particular portion of the rhinoplasty procedure.  I do however feel that all is not lost.  I think if you see an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon they will be able to evaluate you and provide improvement to the appearance of your nostril asymmetry and alar-facial scarring. 

Hi and thanks for the question and photos.  This is a difficult problem to fix, but it can be done.  You absolutely need to see a doctor who does a lot of revision rhinoplasty to take care of this.  I would need to examine you in person to know exactly what I would recommend, but again, you can get much better symmetry with a revision.  Good luck.
