Tip of nose projected out too far. Painful columella scar and columella strut too long. When can I have a revision?

I had revision rhinoplasty surgery five months ago My nose looks horrible Tip projected out too far/ which I said I did not want Lateral crural strut grafts put in / the grafts make the nose too wide and high /the grafts are visible : I have thin skin Columella strut too long and the incision has a lot of ugly scar tissue and its painful / not infected just tight I have nose that is too small for all these grafts When could i safely have a revision?
