Tip of nose projected out too far. Painful columella scar and columella strut too long. When can I have a revision?

Many surgeons use 1 year for revision as a rule of thumb.  I believe it depends on your degree of swelling, the skin type, and the degree of deformity to be corrected.  If the nose is still changing, it's good to wait until it's more stable.  On the other hand, if there is a bad and obvious deformity, I will sometimes perform revision earlier.

I recommend that you wait another 7-10 months before considering another operation.  A revision takes longer to heal, you had extensive work with multiple grafts 5 months ago, and you have several problems. I'm sure you're frustrated but you must be patient so the next operation is the last.
