Hello Hoskel,Thanks for your question.Why do you feel a rib graft is the only option for restoring height to your bridge?  Are you open to a DCF graft made from rib cartilage, or are you looking for a solid rib graft?Both Dr. Rizk and Dr. Toriumi are good options.Dr. Spencer Cochran in Dallas is another great option.Looking at your photos, I would humbly suggest that your current dorsal height looks good relative to the other points of projection on your face. The most important thing is that you go to a doctor who you feel comfortable speaking with and expressing your concerns.  I also would caution you about being so eager to moving toward using rib cartilage for your revision.  Keep in mind that most revisions are still done without rib cartilage even for dorsal augmentation.  The more "involved" the operation the more variables that can go wrong.  Perhaps you need crushed or morselized cartilage grafts to augment your dorsum.  Any surgeon who does A LOT of rhinoplasty and revisions will be able to see you.  It is tough to make specific recommendations though because it is a personal choice.  Regarding rib rhinoplasty, any surgeon who does a lot of rib harvests for rhinoplasty can also do this.
