Is this an inverted v deformity?

I've had a revision to file down excess bone on the sides of the bridge of my nose which hasn't changed much, thinking this is a possible inverted v?

Firstly you need a surgeons who specialises in rhinoplasty as the majority of their practice. In general this sort of surgeon will have significant experience with rib graft use and be able to explain the benefits and limitations
