Help diminish the look of hereditary tear trough deformity. (Photos)

I have tear trough deformity from my father's side. My eyes have always been like this, I'm 24, but I finally have enough money to actually DO something. What are your suggestions? I'm thinking about filers but would like to be informed before going in to a consultation.
