Can a surgeon perform a rhinoplasty that allows you to breathe through your nostrils during recovery?

Sarlia1185
I have panic attacks/anxiety disorder and everytime I get colds, I have a hard time not blowing my nose constantly cuz I hate the feeling of not being able to breathe! This is what is causing me to not want to get the surgery done because I'm afraid of the feeling of not being able to breathe after. Is there anyway that a surgeon can make it so i can be able to breathe through my nostrils without too much swelling/congestion? I want to remove the bump and slightly reshape the tip of my nose.
