I went to see Dr Ferland for a consultation about getting implants a few months back. It was a great experience from her kind and caring staff to how wonderfully informative the doctor was with all of the options available to me. She also has a 3D Vectra camera which was a great way to see a simulation of what the implants may look like. I scheduled my surgery a few weeks later and am now post op six months. I love my results and am very happy and pleased. All of my follow up visits were also a reminder that I picked the right doctor and office to have this done.

Dr Ferland was amazing! She explained everything related to my surgery in a way that was easy to understand and I really felt as though she cared about my results in a personal way. Her office and staff are warm and friendly!

Dr. Ferland and her entire staff provide a superior patient experience. Dr. Ferland is an exceptional plastic surgeon. She always takes her time and I have complete trust in her skill and concern about me as a patient. I would rate her 10 stars if that was an option.

I've been seeing Dr. Ferland for several years now for botox injections, Juvederm, as well as an implant removal/breast lift procedure. If I could give her ten stars I would! I've had procedures by other plastic surgeons, none compare to the care I have received from Dr. Ferland and her staff. They are outstanding.

I wish there were more stars!! I’ve been seeing Dr. Ferland for ten years. I trust her skill and guidance implicitly. I’ve tried other Doctors when living out of state but none have compared to Dr. Freland. I’m so glad to live locally again! She and her staff are always courteous and professional and her Botox injections last MUCH longer than anyone’s. She is knowledgeable and experienced in all the latest products and services but I never feel like they are on a mission to upsell. I always leave feeling like they want me to feel my best no matter how much or little I’ve spent! That being said, I am very excited to try something new at my next appointment!!

Very good experience. The office staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Ferland is always pleasant and professional when she provides treatment and does not try to sell you more services. Convenient location and easy parking at the door.

Excellent. I have had my eyes done to get rid of sagging lids and chin lipo and both turned out great. I go to Dr. Ferland every 3 months for botox and occasionally dysport as well. I have been to almost all the big plastic surgeons in the area for botox and this is where I ended up staying because she injects in the right places and really understands which muscles are my problem areas. Her prices are extremely reasonable and bedside manner and follow-up are top notch.
