I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Winters! Three months ago, Dr. Winters did my facelift, neck lift and upper and lower blepharoplasty – and I could not be happier with the whole experience and results!!! Dr. Winters and his staff are nothing short of extraordinary! From the initial consultation to the day of surgery and follow up visits, I have been in the best hands! My face looks completely natural and everyone who has seen me since my surgery tells me how great I look (but they don’t know why – LOL). However, a friend who knew about my procedures and saw my results, immediately booked a consultation and then an upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery with Dr. Winters and he is thrilled with his results and interactions with Dr. Winters and his staff! Lastly, beyond being a highly experienced and skilled surgeon, Dr. Winters is a lovely, warm person and I am so grateful that my dermatologist recommended him to me.
Dr Winters is the best of the best. Excellent surgeon, compassionate. I had extensive facial reconstruction due to cancer and he explained everything in detail, took time to answer all of my questions/concerns and alleviated me fears. I felt well taken care of every step of the way and had a positive experience. Highly recommended!
Dr Winters is above and beyond the most caring and talented plastic surgeon He offers advise and doesn't over do it. He knows what the issues are and discussed how he can make it better. You will feel comfortable and safe in his care. He is who I recommend to all of my friends and family. His staff is equally as talented and so wonderful and friendly.
Doctor Winters is AMAZING! I had a minor procedure with Dr.Winters about 5 years ago and waited until he was in my network to get my rhinoplasty done by him. I would not trust anyone else with such a major procedure. He is so personable and makes you feel so comfortable during major procedures which is just a plus because my nose is now close to perfect. I had a deviated septum and was always unhappy with the way my nose looked… I am so much more confident now and the recovery was quick and easy. I would recommend Dr. Winters to absolutely anyone, he is so great :)
Can’t say enough about my experience. Dr. Winters took the time to answer my questions during my consultation and explained everything that he was going to be doing throughout my surgery. End result was amazing.
The most important thing to me when picking a doctor for such personal reasons is total honesty. Dr. Winters gained my trust and I felt completely confident going into surgery! He is an amazing doctor and person! Thank you with all my heart!
Great experience with Dr. Winters. We drove in from Illinois for my 18 year old daughter's rhinoplasty. We are one week out and her nose looks amazing, natural and very minimal bruising. Dr. Winters is highly knowledgable and skilled, he explained in detail the procedure and what he does differently than other surgeons to achieve a structurally sound nose. Excellent bedside manner with patients.
If you are looking to get your nose done, look no further than Dr.Winters! I had fallen and broken my nose 10 years ago, and then gotten a surgery on it by another doctor that made it worse. As I got older, the bump on my septum started to worsen as did the scar. I had consults with 4 doctors in NYC/NJ before finding Dr.Winters and immediately liked him. He did two consults with me before I decided, which I really appreciated given how nervous I was to go under the knife again. Dr. Winters took the time to make me feel incredibly comfortable and accurately set expectations about recovery. When the splint came off I was at a loss for words, it was even more perfect than I could have imagined. My friend told me it looks like my nose was "sculpted from an angel" haha. Don't hesitate in working with Dr.Winters, I am SO grateful! Updated on 2 Aug 2020: You can see the bump is already gone from the day I got my splint off, and the overall septum and shape has been fixed. I am still waiting for it to fully heal and will post the official pics that the doctor is taking at my 6 week follow up as well. This will show a bit more progress. Hope it helps!
Dr. Winters was absolutely AMAZING!!! Everything went so smoothly and I had a great experience, it was as pleasant as it could possibly be! My nose is perfect. He is an incredible surgeon and has an amazing staff. I highly recommend him for anyone considering Rhinoplasty.
Dr. Winters is a excellent surgeon. I made me feel comfortable about the surgery and answered any questions I had. The results of my surgery are beyond expectations. I would recommend him to anyone. He also has a great staff working in his office.
hard to tell whether you have residual dormant infection or just scarring... bacteria can remain colonized on the cartilage because of its poor blood supply and antibiotic penetration... this makes matters tricky... I would likely try to fix this in 2 stages... the first a wide debridement and cultures to both make an accurate diagnosis and help clear any residual infection.... depending upon the results of that, I would treat you appropriately before definitive grafting, etc. good luck...
you had a masculine and fairly attractive nose to begin with.... sadly, you have been over-resected, shortened and lost all tip projection... a lot of this can be restored/corrected with a revision rhinoplasty and structural grafting with either autologous or cadaveric costochondral cartilage grafting... good luck...
your dorsum and the body of your nose looks ok, it appears to be predominantly a tip rotation and projection issue... this can best be solved by an open revision and likely septal extension grafting
you do not appear to be over-resected, and you are certainly shortened and over-projected... tip adjustments for projection are generally achieved bu 'tongue in groove' techniques over the caudal septum or septal extension grafting ... sometimes adjustments in the tip cartilage are made in addition to fixing them in a new location good luck
Your issues can be addressed by lowering your radix and providing tip projection to fix your ‘polybeak’… a septal extension graft will take care of this….
