I have always been very self conscious about my nose. I have quite a bit of wide nostrils, and the tip is bulbous as well. I am comfortable with the bridge of my nose, therefore I am not looking for a full rhinoplasty. Would I be a good candidate for alarplasty or tip plasty? Or both? Thank you.

It does not look infected at the moment. I would recommend applying an antibiotic ointment regularly to help the skin heal and the crusting resolve faster.
