Its best to let it heal.  Assess the result in a few months and then determine if any revision procedure is required.  Revision alar plasty and dermabrasion can be done if needed to improve results if needed. 

Although you are still early, I am concerned that it will require revision to fix. The good news is that a minor procedure in office under local anesthesia will likely be all that is necessary if that is the case. Overall it looks really good, and mild alar asymmetries are common. I would likely recommend a touch up if it remains present as an excellent result is achieve-able.

This just goes to show how difficult this operation can be to get exactly right. Certainly you will need more time for the swelling to resolve and the scars to fade so you know what you are dealing with and whether something further needs to be done. It looks like the right side is a little higher than the left, and this may need to be adjusted once it has completely healed. The notch may need a little scar revision if it does not fill in. All of this is too early to say. Hang in there, don't panic, it will look much better in six weeks. I actually looks pretty good already.

No person ever has symmetrical nostrils.    Compare what you have to what you started with, but the most successful alarplasty cannot give a person complete symmetry.   Give it some time, you will heal fine.
