I am in my mid 40s, one pregnancy 10 years ago and 60lb weight loss achieved naturally for a couple of years. I was trying to lean out further to optimize the aesthetic results of a mommy makeover (revision of BL/BA and an extended tummy tuck) but I’m beginning to feel that it’s mainly excess skin keeping me from my goal appearance. I’d also like to avoid needing lipo. Based on this photo should I keep trying to lose weight or move ahead with surgery at this point?
