You could benefit from a mini facelift and possibly a lip lift with a corner lift. See my pictures. Reducing the long philtrum offers magical results.
You are too early for a facelift at this time. Your perioral anatomy is in very good shape. At this point in your subtle aging process, I would recommend daily SPF and skin resurfacing technologies to boost natural collagen production (ie: RF microneedling devices, CO2 laser, etc.).
I recommend a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed of the nasal labial folds and marionette deformities.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
It seems that ellacor is the right treatment around the mouth right now. We can do this in the office under local anesthesia.
From your photo you may want to consider FaceTite. This minimally invasive procedure uses RF technology to tighten the skin. You can combine it with Morpheus8 to optimize your results and address overall skin tone and texture. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.
A facelift generally treats, facial jowls, and neck laxity. It is not a good procedure for contouring around your mouth. To make a quality assessment, we need a complete set of facial pictures, your age, and have a better understanding of what you’re hoping to achieve.I suggest patients resist the temptation of making their own assessments and trying to figure out the right procedure for their needs. Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD
I think a mini facelift and some micro liposuction of the area under your chin can definitely hep your jaw line. Your chin appears small but there is always a ratio between the philtrum and the distance from you lip to the chin. In your situation your philtrum is too long and it throws off that...
I appreciate your concerns, but it appears from your photo that your best option may be just micro liposuction of your jawline and neck regions. I utilize small cannulas, which allow removal of fat and improved definition of the neck and lower face. A chin implant may also be an option, but in...
Mini facelift is a very vague term and means different things to different surgeons. Usually it is a way to attract patients who like the idea and think it will cost less. I suggest you go on a few consults. You’ll notice that every surgeon will tell you something different.
Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong...
One technique I use is a lip lift. As you can see, your lips are asymmetrical, one corner is lower than the other and both corners are down. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and...
It appears from your photos that liposuction with small cannulas to carefully thin the tissues of your neck may be the most direct and successful way to improve your jaw/neck contour. I don’t believe Kybella would help and noninvasive, energy based systems which claim to reduce fat and t...
