You are too early for a facelift at this time. Your perioral anatomy is in very good shape. At this point in your subtle aging process, I would recommend daily SPF and skin resurfacing technologies to boost natural collagen production (ie: RF microneedling devices, CO2 laser, etc.).

I recommend a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed of the nasal labial folds and marionette deformities.
