Hello, Im wondering if a mini facelift with SMAS tightening would be appropriate for my concerns with my lower facial drooping around mouth and jawline? 45 years is my age and I have already done non-invasive treatments in the past such as Morpheus8 and therm tight. I am looking for a more noticeable improvement to my lower facial dropping. Thank you for any feedback.
I'm 24 & my skin has started sagging rapidly over the last 2 years, it's like it happened out of nowhere, and it has greatly affected my self esteem & mental health. i don't smoke or vape, i always wear sunscreen + use moisturizer, i work out, eat decently, everything that im supposed to do. I do have TMJ as I recently learned from my dentist, I haven't been treated in any way for it yet. It feels like my lower jaw is constantly aching & i can never fully relax my jaw muscles. but i'm not even sure to what extent TMJ can affect facial elasticity. I got cheek filler earlier this year but I didn't notice a difference. I'm willing to try whatever I just don't know what would be my best option. my main issues i want to fix are: loose skin and puffiness around jawline, hollowed out/ thin cheeks, and just the overall droopiness of how I feel like my face looks
I am 40. At 37 I had a 'quicklift' lower facelift procedure because I had lost a lot of weight. It looked great until I lost even more weight. Now, I have loose skin under my chin, but I have also lost youthful fullness in my cheeks and I have slight marionette lines. When I lift the side of my face (as shown in the photo), it seems to address address all 3 issues. Would a mid face lift be a good route to take? Thank you.
I am 40 years old and have always had this double chin/horrible side profile. I saw a couple different plastic surgeons for a consultation , they said chin liposuction would not be enough and I would need a neck lift. So I saw my plastic surgeons briefly the other day while I was getting filler, and I asked him if a lower mini/facelift would also fix my jawline (seeing as thats my main goal) and as an added benefit of getting that procedure instead of the necklift, it would also help me look a little younger. He said yes but I didnt have much time to speak with him. I am booking my appointment on Monday and just want to get other professional opinions, if I book the mini facelift with chin lipo, will that give me a nice jawline? Thank you!
The doctor i went to said face lift /neck lift. I would like to get a defined look.. I don't think I need a neck lift but maybe .. and I can't decide if I need a mini or a full facelift.. I want the jowling completely gone
Im 32 and have the lines around my mouth. Ive had filler injected in cheeks, marionette lines, and below the mouth. I havent seen much of a difference, but Im open to try anything. Ive asked before and a few responses I had asked for more photos. Ill supply more on this post. I appreciate your feedback!
Hello. Im looking into surgery to improve my nasolabial folds/cheeks. Im 29, however my nasolabial folds are very deep and saggy, especially from the side. My cheeks are also very round, but I feel buccal fat removal would not be helpful as the fat is mostly in the apples of the cheeks. I tried to have dermal fillers in the cheeks and nasolabial folds to address it but I found it just made my face puffier.
Im looking to address some early laxity and midface sagging, in combination with lower eyelid surgery. Basically fillers havent dont much to address the drooping midface and i think a subtle facelift would help lift the midface area. Am i too young for this at 36?
