I am a 43 year old female. My problem areas are a deep wrinkle around my mouth, my nasolabial folds, and the skin from my chin to my neck which has started to sag. I'm happy with my upper face so I thought a mini facelift would be suitable? or would something less invasive work as well? I have tried check fillers which made no difference, and RF therapy, which did absolutely nothing.
Hello, please help me! I have photos attached. Over the last 14 months, I have lost 80 pounds. 37 years old. I already had some minor jowls prior to weight loss. Now that I have lost all the weight, they are even more noticeable. I am wondering if I would be a candidate for a mini facelift, or if fat transfer or filler would be better. Already tried all skin tightening treatments under the sun. Nothing has worked. Thank you in advance!
Due to a recessed maxilla and rapid weight loss I have had deep hollows next to my nose and skin laxity. I dont have an apple cheek youthful look. I tried filler placed next to the bone in the pyriform and cheeks but it did not work (should it have been subcutaneous)? I am looking into fat grafting, a deep plane cheek lift, and implants.
I had sculptra/ radiesse injections in nasolabial folds and jawline in June 2024 after I lost 30 lbs. I am considering a mini facelift to remove the double chin/ big neck . Do I need to dissolve the fillers? Am I a good candidate for surgery?
I will be 39 in two months, and I have some laxity in my lower face. Static lines around my mouth, as well as some more exaggerated lines when I am smiling or talking. Is it too soon to consider a mini facelift? I have tried lasers and been unhappy as it reduced the volume I had in my cheeks. I am looking for a subtle change that will last for a few years. But I dont want to do a procedure now that will make me look unnatural in 10 years if I do it too early. Thanks!!
Interested in discussing a version of endoscopic facelift or mini-facelift - particularly interested in fixing the migration of the malar fat pad and lower face fat pads. I have noticed my lower lid is more separate from my upper cheek, and my nasolabial folds are becoming ever so slightly more pronounced. Also fat grafting for upper hollowness of the brow, and lower lids, and possibly global fat grafting touch ups or in fat pads as needed. Would consider a subtle brow lift if needed as the distance between my eye and the corner of my brow has subtly collapsed. The most distressing aspect of these changes for me is that my eye area - eye shape? have become more rounded and hollow as I have aged.
44 yo old with lip and jaw asymmetry. Right sagging jowl, tried 3 sessions of Morpheus 8 which did nothing for the right jowl, tried 5 sessions of microneedling, Botox in the DOA always migratedand gives me a crooked smile. Im sick of having providers suggest things that never work and Im sick of wasting thousands of dollars. Would I be a candidate for a mini lift on my right jowl? Dont want to spend any more $ on treatment that doesnt work.
I am 42 and am bothered by lower facial laxity and hollowing. Would it be worth getting a deep plane mini-facelift at this point or is it premature? I have alread tried micro needling and radio frequency which didnt do me any favors and am opposed to anymore energy devices. I have had a few consults and received opinions ranging from do nothing and wait, to fat transfer, to mini-facelift without fat transfer. I am hoping to get some more feedback and reconcile which direction I should head.
I'm 31 & really unhappy with my lower face and how I'm aging. I have dark shadows/marionette lines that I can't get rid of. I've done facial rebalancing w filler in cheeks/jaw, microneedling, & botox in DAO & platysma muscles. I feel like it's just from the way my mouth rests & it pulls down. I would like a mini lift but 1 doctor I consulted with said I wasn't a candidate. He suggested ProfoundRF but also I've heard of PDO threads? Help pls!!
