Should I do a mini face and neck lift or something else? (Photo)

I think a mini facelift and some micro liposuction of the area under your chin can definitely hep your jaw line. Your chin appears small but there is always a ratio between the philtrum and the distance from you lip to the chin. In your situation your philtrum is too long and it throws off that ratio. A lip lift will improve that ratio and will be beneficial. We could discuss some other issues like the height of your forehead, but that might be beyond the scope of what is really bothering you.
