Should I do a mini face and neck lift or something else? (Photo)

I think a mini facelift and some micro liposuction of the area under your chin can definitely hep your jaw line. Your chin appears small but there is always a ratio between the philtrum and the distance from you lip to the chin. In your situation your philtrum is too long and it throws off that ratio. A lip lift will improve that ratio and will be beneficial. We could discuss some other issues like the height of your forehead, but that might be beyond the scope of what is really bothering you. You are a candidate for a chin implant and liposuction of the jowls. This will give you a more defined neck and more projection from the side view.

It appears from your photo that you would benefit from micro liposuction of your jawline and neck region, especially the Submental region below your chin. There are a variety of procedures that may have varying degrees of improvement of the neck: liposuction or fat contouring, skin-tightening treatments, a neck lift, (with or without a chion implant). There are benefits, limitations and drawbacks to each of these. Non-surgical procedures are an option for some patients. They are less expensive, have minimal if any downtime, and are more convenient but result in short lasting limited or no significant benefit in neck rejuvenation. They do not compare to artistically performed natural appearing lifts by expert experienced plastic surgeons.

Keep in mind, that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of the proposed operative procedure may not be in your best interest. I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with.
