Tummy Tuck 360 with fleur-de-Liz and breast lift with silicone implants, can it be done at the same time ?(photos)

Flaca, thank you for your question. Just because it can be done, doesn't mean it should be done. I don't disagree that those are the best procedures for you but I would recommend separating them into two different surgeries. A circumferential abdominoplasty with fleur-de-lis is a big enough procedure in itself. Having the breast augmentation and lift separately will reduce your risk for both minor and major complications and will likely leave you with better overall results. 
Be sure to consult with one or more experienced surgeons certified by the ABPS and go with whomever you are most comfortable and confident.

   This is a lot of surgery at one time.  You should consider the risk of blood clots as well as the recovery period.

I would Definitely stage this procedure.  I would perform the anterior work with the breast lift and possibly implants and the extended tummy tuck (extend the incisions as far as possible)  I would then do the back about a month later.  Safer and better results.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  With that
being said, based on your photographs, the best shape and contour could be
achieved with an implant and a breast lift and a fluer di lis or 360 circumferential tummy tuck.  In order to maximize your safety, I would recommend staging these procedures into two separate surgical times separated by at least 3 months.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

fattoflaca1031.  Congratulations on your weight loss, you should be proud!  As you said, your journey has taken several years, so let it continue a bit longer, for safety sake.   I recommend that you stage your "Extreme Makeover".   Doing everything at once raises the chances of complications. We routinely perform these combination of procedures at one time-provided the entire pre-opretaive evaluation is adequate. This includes extensive blood tests and the clearance from your family Doctor - as well as involvement from a Hospitalist during the immediate post-operative period as you will be required to stay for observation at least 1 night. It's a big job and it must be done by a fully trained and qualified Board Certified PS and his/ her team of professionals. This is not an inexpensive project- and most likely will not in any way be covered by insurance. It can be done though . Good luck

Thank you for your question. It may be possible to complete all of your desired procedures, but in most surgeon's hands this will test the amount of time advisable for an aesthetically based case. An in-person examination is needed to make the best advice, so be sure to see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation.

You may want to consider having this done in two separate stages for safety reasons. The risk of a blood clot (DVT) forming is too high to try and accomplish all your procedures under one long anesthesia. It is common to combine procedures, but it is not always the best choice.  You may want to consider doing the tummy tuck portion as the first stage and the breast work second.  Many surgeons try to limit surgical time to 6 hours for your safety and to minimize risks.  The procedures you are considering when combined will likely surpass this.  Speak to your surgeon about your concerns including the benefits and drawbacks.  You should then be able to make a more informed decision.

I feel that a full body lift with breast lift/implants is too much for one procedure, you may want to consider staging the procedures to give you a better chance of wound healing and to minimize complications and maximize your cosmetic result.
