Hello alll! My plastic surgeon wants to place 330CC implants in me for my "Mommy make over" I have attached a pic. My worry is that they will be too big, she also wants to reduce one and then place the same size in both breasts. My question is: Is this a good practice? And will this make me too big? I dont want to look like I had plastic surgery

Answer: Implant size The best way to select an appropriate implant size is to speak with your surgeon. Describe what you are hoping to achieve from surgery including how you want to look and how you do NOT want to look. Many surgeons have sample implants that you can 'try on' to help you get a feel how you'll look after surgery. Size of implant is important, but style and shape is a factor as well.

Answer: First Question: What Do YOU Want? Your PS might have suggested a good plan for you, IF that accomplishes what you desire to achieve. Do you want to be a full cup size bigger? 330 cc implants will make you at least a cup size bigger on average. There is asymmetry of the breasts with a larger, more ptotic (droopy) left breast, and the areolas appear enlarged on both sides. I would take these concerns back to your PS, and discuss your goals, and make sure that your goals are aligned with your doctor's goals.
