I'm 2 week operated with tummy tuck and lipo I was really bruised and felt like blood clots in the side at the beginning but then my skin started getting black like a scab that I could peel off and a little part felt cold and sometimes my belly get so hard it hurts thank you

Hello Kika.  I agree with the rest of the doctors that you are having some healing problems just above your tummy tuck scar.  It looks like some of your skin does not have enough circulation to survive.  This is called skin necrosis.  You should see your physician soon and have him or her treat you.  You will most likely need some extra care and extra time to heal.  The bruising on the sides are expected and looks like you had some liposuction there.  The number one problem with skin necrosis is smoking.  Hopefully, you are not a smoker nor are you in a house where people smoke and you are breathing smoky air.

It appears that you have some minimal skin necrosis  due to compromised blood supply to this area.  Local wound care by your surgeon should get this to heal without major issues.  If you are a smoker, you need to stop as this can cause or make the situation worse.  Most patients who have this complication do well over time. Discuss this further with your surgeon. Thank you for your pictures. It appears that you have to start to have some skin lost above your incision. This is due to reduction in circulation in those areas.  These areas need debridement.

This could just be hematoma under the skin, but could also represent some skin and fat necrosis. I would recommend that you continue to follow up with your surgeon on a regular basis.

Appears that the edges of the wound have some decreased blood supply and therefore have some skin healing issues.   It is best to see your surgeon to get properly evaluated and begin wound care.   This would help prevent infection.   Best to you

These black areas above your incision are due to marginal tissue necrosis due to compromise of your blood supply in this area.   If treated appropriately these usually heal without problems.  Your plastic surgeon should give you instructions for optimal wound care.
