I visited Dr. Barone because I had a concern with my tired eye area. I was unsure of whetherthe result I wanted would be acheived from either a brow lift or an eyelid surgery, and she informed me that a brow lift would help the drooping and asymmetry of my eye area. Dr Barone spoke very candidly about the different types of brow lifts and the results they would provide. I went forward with her recommendation--a temporal brow lift, because it was preserve my ethnicity while making me look more awake.

I have visited other surgeons but Dr Barone best understood my concerns, and it was immediately clear to me that she not only took my concerns into account but wanted to help me achieve the best aesthetic outcome.

She's very straightforward, which I enjoyed, because in plastic surgery it's important to understand what a realistic outcome looks like. She described to me the surgical process and we went through several times exactly what my aesthetic outcome would look like

There were zero surprises post surgery and my healing process was exactly as she described. I could not be happier. This woman has an amazing eye for aesthetics and I feel and look incredible!

I want to also give a shout out to the wonderful staff and Dr Saunders, the anesthesiologist. Everyone was extremely friendly and that made for a very seamless experience.

She and her staff are exceptionally helpful. Anesthesia, expectations, preparation... no detail was ever spared. They will help you choose the size of implant that is right for you. It was my first surgery experience and I didn't feel nervous at all. The last thing I remember is the anesthesiologist telling me to think about a beautiful place that I'd like to visit. Done. I was sent on my way with my implants.

Now I cannot stop looking at them. I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Barone for breast implants.

I felt I received a good exam by Dr Barone prior to my surgery, great recommendations on what could be done and changes to expect. My procedure and recovery went smoothly. I saw Dr Barone at each of my follow-up appts. It did take me almost 3 mths to get in for my initial consultation BUT the person scheduling me told me which medications and supplements I would need to be off of (some as many as 3 mths) before surgery (was really surprised that I needed to stop taking fish oil supplements). Taking that advice before my initial appt enabled to schedule my surgery soon after my consult.
I had checked out 2 other places before Dr Barone and the differences were striking. At one place I went to, I wasn’t even seen by a doctor, just a pushy salesperson who couldn’t even tell me which of their “fine” doctors would be doing the procedure or even if I was asking for the right procedure. At another, an older doctor told me I’d be bedridden for 3 weeks. At Dr Barone’s , her recommendations were completely explained along with the recovery time and what to expect. Walking was emphasized right from the start which helped a lot, it was obvious whenever I wasn’t walking enough.
Cosmetic surgery isn’t for everyone. It was the right choice for me and I’m so glad I went with Dr Barone.
