Sorry to hear about your situation. Thank you for your question and for sharing your photos.  Based on your photos, a combination of a body lift  or buttock/lateral thigh lift with fat transfer to some of the areas of depression is most likely to give you noticable improvement.  A significant reason for your contour irregularities is a result of the pre-existing skin laxity that was present prior to the liposuction.  at this point, skin excision will be necessary to give you meaningful improvement.  The banana roll on the left will not be fully corrected by these procedure and may require a separate posterior thigh lift to improve the contour.  The  buttock/body lift is somewhat limited in correcting the posterior thigh and inner thighs due to anatomical fibrous attachements.  I hope this helps.  All the best.

Thank you for your question.  A body lift is a very powerful procedure for restoring the contour of the body including the thighs.  A circular ring of skin and fat is removed, and the upper part is pulled down like a shirt and the lower part is pulled up like pants.  This smooths out loose skin of the lower back and abdomen.  It also lifts the buttocks, side of the thighs, front of the thighs and less so the inner thighs.  Most weight loss patients start with this procedure because it is so effective in correcting so many areas in one step.  For severe inner thigh skin laxity, a separate inner thighlift is sometimes necessary.  I hope that helps!  All the best!

Thank you for your question and for sharing your photos.  Unfortunately, it is very common for patients to struggle with their weight.  When this happens, this can significantly affect the way your body is shaped.  In your case it affects your lower abdomen, waist and lateral thigh contour.  Fortunately, your skin is in very good condition and does not exhibit the severe laxity that can happen with weight loss.  When your skin is in good condition, you have other options for contouring other than a body lift.  Contouring liposuction can be helpful to improve your shape.  While a body lift would be beneficial in your case, it may be more than you actually need.  Please take some time to have a formal consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon to help you decide the best option for you. Thank you for you question about body lifts, inner thighs and buttocks and for sharing your photos.   Nice to see that you are a dog lover also!:)  A body lift would go a long way to address your concerns but not completely.  It would improve your abdomen, front of the thighs, side of the thighs, lower back, lift the buttock and improve the inner thighs slightly.   The limitations are that it will not completely correct your inner thighs and it will flatten the buttock slightly due to the strong lifting effect. The best way to address these issues would be to transfer fat to the buttock by injection or an autologosu buttock flap at the time of the body lift.  With respect to the inner thighs, adding a small amount of liposuctin with the body lift would also help or a formal inner thigh lift for maximum correction.  You would also benefit from upper abdominal liposuction and flank liposuction to get maximum improvement in your body contour.    I hope this helps!  All the best!

Thank you for your question.  As you probably already know, body lifts are an extremely effective proceedures that improve your abdomen, front of the thighs, side of the thighs, lower back, waist and buttocks.  Having said this, there are some limitations.  If there is excess fat of the remaining areas, you will achieve a less than ideal result if you do not have liposuction to complement the skin removal.  The other common limitation of the procedure are skeletal changes that can occur with weight gain and residual intra-abdominal fat around your organs.  Both of these issues do not respond to surgery and can limit the effectiveness of the procedure. Some relapse of skin laxity is expected and normal.      Depending on the distribution of skin laxity, the body lift will not address skin laxity of the upper back, armpit area and inner thighs.  Achieving your ideal outcome with minimal issues is best achieved with realistic expectations and with a surgeon experienced in this procedure in weight loss patients.  This helps you to set the proper expectations with regard to what can be accomplished in one stage.  With regards to your case, without further details it is hard to assess whether your concerns are due to an unfavorable result or unrealistic expectations regarding what could be accomplished with one operation.    As you suggested, a second opinion would be helpful in clarifying these issues.  Feel free to reach out for a Skype or Facetime consultation.  I hope this helps!  All the best!

Thank you for your question.  I understand your concerns.  The good news is that high riding implants occur to some extent in all breast augmentation patients and is completely normal.   The larger the implant and the tighter the skin envelope, the longer it takes to settle to its final position.  Your photos show that the normal settling is progressing as expected.  Even though you are six weeks out, I expect your results to continue improving over the next couple of months.  I would share your concerns, questions about the band and the staffs comments with your surgeon to keep the lines of communication open.  Best wishes on your recovery!  All the best!

Thank you for your question and for sharing your photos.  Your thigh lift scars look excellent!   This is a testament to good care, your diligence in scar management as well as the biology of your skin.  After 6 weeks, the scars have reached their maximal strength and activities like bike and motorcycle riding will not hurt them.  You may still feel discomfort with pressure but that is normal.  Tape and scar treatments work beyond 6 weeks because the scar is continuing to remodel for up to 12-18 months.  The pressure effect of the tape as well as its tension offloading properties are definitely helping and I would encourage you to continue with your regimen.  Best of luck!

Thank you for your question regarding compression garments and thighlift results.  There is currently no scientific evidence to suggest that compression garment affect the results of your procedure. They can help with comfort and swelling but will not affect the final outcome.  It is unlikely that not wearing a garment after your procedure affected your outcomes.  I hope that helps!  All the best.

Thank you for your question and for sharing your photos.  I am sorry to hear about your dissapointment.  Your condition is a result of both the liposuction and some degree of pre-existing skin laxity.  The skin failed to fully contract after the liposuction leading to the irregularities and cellulite appearance.  Unfortunately, there are no full proof solutions to this problem, but there is hope for improvement.  The least invasive approach would be treatment of the irregularities with a laser cellulite procedure such as CelluSmooth or CelluLaze.  This will give you about a 40-50% improvement with minimal scars.  Most of your areas of concern shown in the photos are on the side of the thighs and buttocks.  A medial thighlift would not help this situation and would not be appropriate.  A lateral thigh/buttock lift procedure would help by tightening the loose skin at the expense of a scar along the bikini line.  These treatments can also be combined and staged as needed to get maximal improvement.  I hope that hels!  All the best.
