Gaurav Bharti, MD, FACS

When I was younger I once heard the saying "The sculptor arrives at his end by taking away what is superfluous." and at the time I tried to understand it from the artist's point of view but thanks to Dr. Bharti and the wonderful people at H/K/B I feel like I understand it from the marble's point of view. Due to previous health problems and the steroid use they required I had gained a lot of weight and had severe stretch marks that distorted my stomach. After working with H/K/B I look even better than I did before I got sick to begin with and it feels like my body is mine again rather than just the product of getting sick.
The doctor and his team where wonderful with questions, expectations, and care post surgery. If you're nervous about the prospect of plastic surgery and want a team to help you look like a more confident version you then I can't recommend them enough.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Bharti. He is incredibly easy to talk to, and work with. His professionalism, attention to detail, and strive for perfection are unmatched. I was seeking a very natural-looking augmentation, and he delivered, flawlessly. The recovery was so easy- I was back up and operating the very same day as my surgery. My results were amazing out of the gate, but have continued to improve with time. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Dr. Bharti and his team were such a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to coming back for future procedures.

I had a great experience with Dr. Bharti and staff. I was very asymmetrical and Dr. Bharti listened to my concerns and gave my self confidence back. The procedure went very smoothly as well as the pre-op and post-op appointments. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve always wanted my breasts larger and even started researching it when I was in college. I was a 36A and hated the shape of my small triangular breasts. Since, I’ve had 3 pregnancies and breastfed all 4 kids with the youngest on my titties for 4 yearssss! I had gained a little fullness with weight gain but having had VSG or gastric sleeve on 12/16/22, I lost 73 lbs leaving me with deflated and droopy A cups. Being that I’ve always been insecure about my breasts and it’s worse now, I decided to do this for me and take the leap to work on my body. I can’t wait to feel more confident and sexy no matter what I’m wearing. I have a consult with Dr. Bharti this Friday and I’m so excited.

I had my virtual consult with Dr. Bharti and his nurse Friday 1/19/24. I don’t know why but I was a little nervous but that went away once we started talking. He reviewed my photos that I’d uploaded to the portal and I was thrilled to find out that I don’t need a breast lift in addition to the BA. He reviewed types of implants, incisions, and what he recommended for me. He discussed risks, recommendations for future implant exchanges and provided me with his email to send wish pics. He answered all of the questions that I had and I left the consult feeling really good about my choice. I did feel a little rushed but his nurse stated they’d had a crazy day. As a nurse as well I definitely understood and in spite of he was very professional. I was then connected to the patient care coordinator who provided me quotes for the BA.

Now, I’m left to decide what size I want as I’ve narrowed it down the inframammary incision versus the transaxillary. We will be doing a smooth round implant under the muscle. I have to schedule a date to come in and try on sizers and choose the brand I want. The brands they use are Natrelle and Sientra. My quote includes the Natrelle Soft Touch Moderate Profile but I am kind of considering the High Profile by Natrelle.

I was shocked to see they have a $2000 non-refundable deposit to secure a date but honestly was not that shocked at his pricing though. I read reviews that they were pricier for NC so I went in knowing how much I was willing to spend. Let’s just say he was realll close to the max I would spend.

Over all I would say the consult went well and look forward to being closer to getting my dream boobs.

I’m so excited! My date is booked and the surgery is paid in full! My meds have been sent to the pharmacy and now it’s just the waiting game. My date is on the 27th, 7 days after my birthday. I have been feeling slightly guilty about spending so much money but I also tell myself that I deserve to treat myself and that this is my birthday present for myself. I had my preop phone call where we discussed everything from beginning to end. Everyone that I’ve encountered has been nice and helpful and answered all of the questions that I’ve had. I go on the 26th to get sized and I’m kinda nervous about that because I don’t want to regret the size I choose. I’m currently a 36A and hoping to be a large C/small D cup or as large as what looks good for my body frame. Other than trying to remain patient I still have my appt with my PCP on the 12th and have to do some shopping for things that I’ll need. I’m having a hard time finding a postop bra that I like. 2.5 weeks to go!!

It’s almost my day! 7 days left and I’m so anxious. I’ve been dreaming about my new breasts lol it’s getting crazy. I joined the Bustmob Facebook group and have been obsessed with it. I just have 1 more pre-op appointment for sizing the day before and then it’s surgery time. Ive got my meds, pillows, bras, and ice packs. Feeling like I’m forgetting something… anyway the next post will be probably after my procedure. The countdown continues

I just want to update that I am so happy with my results. The best advice that I can give is to trust the process. I went through a period that I was so worried about how they would turn out. My right side was giving me trouble. It was up higher, firmer, and more sore than the left despite both sides having the same cc’s. I’ve been treated with montelukast and was taking vitamin E. I’ve had z-wave shock therapy on the right side to also aid the implant to drop more on the right side. We had discussed 550 ccs, but Dr. Bharti was only able to fit 520ccs. I also have high profile implants (Natrelle Soft Touch) and am very satisfied with the projection. I am even more thrilled that this was able to be completed without having to get lift and they are under the muscle. I am still treating the scars and have started using Silagen and scar tape from Amazon. I have to go in and get kenalog injections for the left side as that scar is a little raised. I have no regrets when it comes to this procedure and wish I had done it sooner.

Edited to add that I did not have a lift: For some reason my review is saved as breast lift with implants. I did NOT have a lift. Also wanted to add photos. Like I said I was driving myself crazy because I didn’t have realistic expectations. I thought that when I woke up from surgery that I would automatically have perfect boobs and that was not the case. I had to learn to avoid over examining my breasts and let time and healing occur. Seems like it took forever to drop and fluff. I know that my breast will still do some changing and that I am still healing but I love the results.

Dr Bharti was amazing to work with from beginning to end. The nurses and staff were WONDERFUL too! Everyone put my mind at ease and got me through a process I was super anxious about. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Surgery is scheduled with Dr. Bharti on 10/24/23. My consultation was in back in March and so far all of my interactions with Dr. Bharti has been amazing. He listened to all of my concerns and alleviated my anxiety surrounding this surgery. As the date gets closer I am still somewhat anxious but it is a mix of nervousness and excitement. Will update after surgery!

I highly recommend Dr. Bharti for any cosmetic surgical procedure you want to pursue. Dr. Bharti is a highly skilled, patient, and caring surgeon who listens to every concern, answers every question you may have before and after surgery, and follows up to ensure his patient’s complete satisfaction.
I had been very unhappy for quite some time with the appearance of the sagging skin around my eyes and on my neck after losing weight and also due to aging. When I decided to have cosmetic surgery, I chose Dr. Bharti because of his stellar reviews, great reputation of H/K/B, and also on a personal recommendation of a family friend. I met with Dr. Bharti twice before my surgical procedures and talked about all of my concerns and asked lots of questions. His friendly and calm demeanor helped calm my nerves and he help me understand what we could do to improve my appearance. I decided to do neck and jowl lift and eyelid surgeries, and I couldn’t be happier. I am 100% satisfied with the way I look. I look very natural and much more fresh and well rested. I had a lot done and everything has been great from beginning to the end. I am 4 months post op. I had lost close to 200lbs. 10 lbs of loose skin was removed from my arms and stomach. Dr. Bhari definitely knows what he is doing when it comes to his ability to enhance his patience body for the better. I have never had a flat stomach as an adult and for that I am very thankful. I am now able to see all my hard work underneath all the skin that was removed.. I am excited for round 2 in the future for a breast lift!!!!!
